Ok.. Finally a good meet up with the ny friends to our routine singing session ytd!!! I was quite lucky to have gotten back the voice.. although it wasn't really in the best form... i realised after i started working.. my voice had nv been good... it's always a bit hoarse and like morning voice the whole day! Haha!!
Fortunately i had Makuna Honey the night be4 we went to sing... and good thing the next day i was much much better from the almost-lost voice the day be4!! Must be too much talking and durian. =P
Anyhows... Had a great session with them... and good dinner thou a rush one... and good masterclass!! But dunno if i should go and watch the concert this sat... I have so many things to do!!! Dun even know if i can change my shift. haiya.. From today start will be 6days straight of work... sian!!!! then break 1day.. and continue working!! Going to work for the fair! Yeah! With good buddies some more... got company.. better leh!! Last time all guys.. hahaha...

SUNDAY. a High day!
Ok... should continue my exciting weekend thing liao.. haha! It seemed like so long ago. =x Anyway... Sunday was a high high day lor... Of cos i'm not referring to work... but work on that day was quite ok lah... with ppl i quite shou already. haha. zhiming and kelvin.. long time nv see liao... but anyway i working morning shift.. so quite happy also lor. hee.
Then met up with yushi and siyih... jio-ed them to go Yes933's 街头爆唱会 for this year... It's the 3rd time i attended ba... 1st was at PS with a few ppl.. we were sitting at Cafe Cartel.. 2nd was at Millenia Walk (i went alone after work. haha).. this time at IMM thou. lol. I left a bit late from work... so we ended up reaching there quite late too... went to eat dinner first... we reckoned the first to come out shouldn't be who we wanted to watch.. =P And it's quite true also lah.. haha!
So we actually missed everything abt energy and a bit of niu nai... or did we? But i saw the videocast for that night... basically they were celebrating ah-di's bday... so took quite long lor... so lucky us. hee. Btw.... who cares cos our main objective was someone else. haha! quite straightforward for me... it was JJ! hee... siyih more greedy... she wants all the LIMs! Hehe... am i one of them??? =x But good lor... the Lims came out one after another... a High time really... i think i should use a better camera next time. haha!!!
JJ announced that his 6th album should be out soon. (maybe at least a few more months ba).. But can't wait to listen to it! AND! He's gonna have a concert again next year... It's time to save brothers and sisters! hahaha. Talking abt concerts... A-mei this year got concert again. a bit ex leh... too fast liao... haven't got chance to save.. think Lee Hom soon too. tsk tsk.. where got so much money??

The birthdays of two!
Yeah!! Let me blog abt my exciting weekend! At least it's really exciting... other than just work! haha! A whole weekend of partying. Love it. :)
Fri was dearest jiaqi's bday celebration and korkor's farewell. The starting part was quite funny... while we were sitting outside the house waiting for her friends to arrive. We were sitting right outside the lifts and looking at them going up and down waiting for it to open at the correct level. Her friends are quite late lah cos i think most of them came after their work. So we were like guessing when her friends will reach.. in the end korkor's friends all came earlier... haha! She so scared her friends all not coming.. except for 2 who were already there waiting with us. lol. =x
Anyway we played till quite late lor... sis and junyi-korkor were playing mahjong with one of korkor's friend... end already then we go home... so meanwhile i was a bit bored and tired (i dunno why). haha. watched a little tv... then played a little bit of games with jiaqi and her friends. Oh.. the world is really small.. saw xianhan (from sy dizi) there... he happened to be korkor's army friend. haha. So qiao... Then i think i saw angie's bf. one of korkor's friends also... not very sure. didn't ask cos i dun really know him and i dun think he knows me. haha!
They should be playing in some part of australia now... er.. maybe not at this hour.. but ya.. the idea is there lah.. how i wished i was there too! Why they nv ask me to go? haha!!! =x Aiya.. anyway.. that's another person ard me studying in aus now... Hmm... I'm glad jiaqi is coming to lasalle. thou i dun think i will really have the chance to see her in school. haha! we can go for tauhuay tgt! =P
Then sat was yet another busy and tired day.. but fun! haha. Went to mco early in the morning... haven't wake up so early for a very long time... went there and went up to the usual music room... turned out that they shifted to the 2nd floor already!!! That's how long we haven't been there. haha. =x And we weren't late! And now we have 1 more company -- Charmaine! Yeah. finally the 2 of us are not that lonely anymore. lol. And in the end laoshi didn't come for sectionals.. -.- Only came during combine... but at least lah... if he didn't go... i might have think that it was a wasted trip there. haha.
Then went to coffee shop to eat. The coffee shop was renovated as well! Very nice and clean and bright now! Really goes to show how long we haven't been there. heex. Then back to bedok... and after a while.. to simei.. hee.
Set up the place before every thing starts.. the balloons were nice!!! haha. our effort. :) I think everything was in place and well yea.. Hope it was really memorable for horng. hee. The xin fu de nü ren. haha. Something special abt the party... the first time i eat durian at a party!!! It's really big and nice... i wonder where they bought it from. Eventually the only one of us present who didn't appreciate it was sylvia koh. how wasted.. cos they are really nice! :)
And cakes!!! I forgot to mention just now... jiaqi got the same cake as me... as in same design... just that a bigger one and a more colourful one... haha... but that copycat lah! =x Then horng got cake from the same shop too! I think The Royals should give me some endorsement fees lor.... i help them advertise so much... haha... But their cake is really nice.. i just finished eating the last portion from jiaqi's cake... :)
Ok... Can i talk abt sunday another time? I'm really tired and going to sleep now. it's barely 12am. omg. haha!!! Anyway i will put some photos for the sunday entry.. so look forward to it... Yeah! Anyway.. it's going to be abt the 93.3fm outdoor concert lah... Hee. :)))

Again... it's work
Everything is getting so dry and boring i really dunno what can i update abt.. hahaha!
But anyhows i still think work is killing me... and i'm much dead. ytd was the first time i stayed in the shop till 8pm alone. Wanted to leave a bit earlier... But luckily i didn't cos a customer walked in at like 2min to 8pm. Then she asked... dun u all close at 8? I was thinking... err.... even if we close at 8.. it doesn't mean she has to walk in like so close to 8 right? Afterall... the sticker outside states that we open till 6pm only. -.-
Ok... so anyway.. i'm suffering from whole body aching now.. esp. waist area and knees till i couldn't sleep properly last night... and some indigestion which has nothing to do with work... haven't been feeling ok since ytd. went to the toilet a few times during work ytd and after i got home... even today. sianx. whatever it is... i wasn't put in schedule to work today and tmr. so i'm not going to work. hee. Since we can do it with 2 ppl ytd... i think they can do it today and tmr also. And not like i didn't want to help. but i'm sick!
Nothing much had happened lately seriously... So i'm SO looking forward to this weekend. later going out to get something for someone so dear. haha!! I think i need the toilet already. bye.

Work is seriously tiring..
The only reason why i haven't been updating is becos i'm so tied up with work!!! omg... For this week... there has nv been a day i'm able to leave the shop on time. Sat worked 10-8pm.. monday worked 10-8... and tues supposedly to be my off day... got to go open the door at 9.30am.. and i couldn't leave until 3pm... where actually i told them i want to leave at 2pm. But tues was quite pathetic lah... and i was seriously tired... plus not my working day... so i was not keen to stay back and help at all.. plus... i was meeting someone else already.
Then it was true that my supervisor called me half past midnight... i didn't pick up the call... but most prob it's to ask me whether i can work on wed.. if i had gone to work... i would be working EVERYDAY for this week.... and i didn't want to.. so anyway when the other colleague called me on wed morning.. i just honestly say that i cannot... and in fact.. i can't cos i have something on... Although work is impt to get me more allowance... but friends are impt too... i can't last min tell them i'm not going.
But anyway... work has been so hectic ever since i stepped back into it this time round... there's so so so much extra work involved everyday... i can't believe it is what it is now... Just these few days... manager came out with some new plan to change the system... so as to clear all those stuff out in the shortest possible time. At first i thought it would work. BUT. after a few more steps are added into the process... I seriously think that she is just giving us more extras to do... And i think it's very very stupid! argh... I dunno how well it will work lah... Cos there are so many loopholes in the plan... but since it's her idea and she expects everyone to follow.. then follow lor... right? Seriously... just till the end of the month for me. And does she think i will really be so stupid to actually accept the full-time offer? OMG. must be kidding... If i tell a hundred ppl... at least 99 will say NO. the last one probably dunno what is happening. lol.
But the good thing is... all this higher post ppl have been quite nice to me... which i'm rather grateful for... but then again... i'm not taken in by that... cos i think that should be the way managers or supervisors should treat their workers... if there's no welfare... who would want to work volunteerily?
Ok... i'm going to sleep.. so that i'll be ready for tmr's challenge.. haha! Nitex and bless me for tmr. I'm grateful that i'm taking the afternoon shift... afterall if go morning shift also hv to work till 8pm... work afternoon also till 8pm. which is better? haha. Family and family.
Coming close to my 500th post... after like more than 3 years... hahaha! Anyways... Super tired today... already felt like sleeping at 8pm... But stayed on until now.... and still have some things to do be4 i can go to bed.. Really a bit not in the mood to do it.. cos no inspiration also... But still have to do it.... in the simple way lah... not much time to do it the cool way also. Need to use them soon. Ok.. so much for last min work lah. =x
Wanted to do them in the afternoon but spent the whole day at my uncle's house in the end... Today's like my great-grandfather's death anni.... so as usual we visit 138 to do all the customs... Most of the uncles and the only aunt came... only 2 out of the siblings didn't come... But anyways... there was A LOT of talking involved today... basically on my aunt's moving house thing. Though i didn't make any obvious comment... in my heart i was just chanting... 'who ask u to go for vacation when u are supposed to move house'... they were arguing abt something that was left out during the moving... and that is actually precious to her.. And in the end it was missing from the old house also... But well... Hopefully she gets the chance to find back the one since we kinda have clue where it might go...
And so we visited her new house since everyone was already on the topic. haha! A cosy house i would say... after all her previous place is really old already. But they are only renting the current one... and we are all encouraging them to buy it. haha. Really nice k... and i can only say that they are rich lah... besides the point that they borrowed from my dad quite long ago and just managed to pay us back. That's where my school fees come from anyway. And that's becos they earned big bucks by selling their old semi-detached.. cool? Maybe.. they've been wearing expensive stuff since i know and what not... my cousin goes ard in Aldo, Farragamo, Prada, Ninewest heels and my aunt brings LV and prada, etc. and wore an Armani today. Why huh? If i buy them.... then i wun have any savings! sad.
Oh... back to the house... 3-storey... cosy in my opinion... thou smaller than what they used to have.... good enough... and of cos.. air-con in each room.. and better... personal pc/lappy and cable tv. Wow. no need to fight with anyone... but seriously a bit small to contain everything they moved... thus some of the boxes still unopened and stacked up in one of the cousin's room where my cousin is still overseas and not back so soon.
Ya.. then back to 138 again.... chatted with the uncles.... apparently they are very nice ppl to talk to... usually open topics and everyone can contribute. So usually the noise level quite high also. lol! Ya... Back to whatever i need to do and need to sleep..
Tmr is going to be a busy day! I'm prepared for it ba... No saturdays are slack days seriously... Seriously hate to work there on saturdays.. but right.. just for this month... and i think dun need to go back liao... unless i cannot get the other job. But i really hope i can!! *Prays hard*

Where are the post tour entries?
I'm so not motivated to blog sometimes.... Esp. for my oversea trips... Haha. I haven't even blog finish my HK music camp trip which was abt 10 months ago... and i haven't started on my China trip that was in May. Lol. Just plain lazy to upload photos lah. =x
Then somemore so long liao... sure outdated. then should i still blog abt them?? So weird right! tsk. It's just not good to travel for so many days.... after coming back there are so many things to do and arrange.... take very long to blog abt it... =P

A movie a week keeps my money away.
I watched a movie a week for the past 5 weeks.. (including this week). Like omg. I declared myself a frequent movie-goer AGAIN. hahaha. You may ask why the word again? Cos i rmb my last school holidays i did the same thing... sometimes even worse... Then i stopped for a while (maybe also cos there wasn't enough good shows to watch every week). haha. And now.. back again! OH!!! Can change to 'frequent school holiday movie-goer' instead. haha!
Ok.. i know this is very outdated but i actually watch Sex and the City with Von today... Just so happened that both of us haven't watch it... and i think these 2 days are the last 2 screening days... so we caught it today... initially wanted to watch the earlier show which is at 5.30.. but by the time i got there... the tickets were sold out already. dotx. And the next show is 'selling fast' too... So we got the tix for the 8.30 show and we already have only the front row seats left... fine... went walking ard vivo and dined at White Dog Cafe... All right.. not too bad.. and went to watch the show. By that time... the tickets were sold out too!! So who says we are slow in watching the show? hahaha.. Interesting show indeed. :)
Last week's show was The Strangers which i already commented on it. The ever-so-wrong show... I seriously will not go for anymore horror movies. Not becos whether the show is nice anot... but i scared lah! Say i'm timid lah.. Bleahx. Ya.. Anyway.. looking forward to the next meet-up!! :))) Oh.. i think they starting prac soon. Jiayou ba.. I'm officially CO-less... err... although not so true... supposed to go back mco for the year end concert. haix. dun think will be going this month anyway. =x
Ok.. back to movies... The week be4 was Get Smart at PS with via... Left with first row seats too!!! Wah... and i think today's one is better... we were quite close to the screen for Get Smart. But it's a very funny show... the plot is quite cool... and there were good punch lines here and there along the whole show.. I recommend the show. :)))
Another week before was The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.. with via also... i think we were at marina sq. Ok... not bad a movie... Less exciting than the 1st one thou... (ok.. i can't rmb the words in their sequence).. Err.. and let me confess that i didn't read any of the books in the series as well. hahaha!! Anyway... i like this kind of action-pact and magnificant movies.. so it is to my liking lah. Yea. :))
Lastly... Less than 4 weeks ago... watched Kungfu Panda with 5 other ppl - yushi, qin, dj, siyih and denise, at The Cathay... A very funny animation in my point of view... good graphics also... Oh.. and sound effect as well... The panda is just so cute thou big. haha. And Tigress is so cute when she's still a cub.. That's why i always liked cubs.. be it lion or tiger. Hee. Had quite a good laugh then... very seldom you hear the whole cinema filled with laughter for animations nowadays i guess.. So ya... An animation up to standard and expectation.. cos they have been advertising for quite some time be4 the screening this june holidays. So ya.. worthed lah.. :))
Ya... That's all for the moment... wonder what's there to watch next week.. hahaha... Actually i think i want to sing more! =P Let's go singing!!!

And the next show is 'selling fast' too... So we got the tix for the 8.30 show and we already have only the front row seats left... fine... went walking ard vivo and dined at White Dog Cafe... All right.. not too bad.. and went to watch the show. By that time... the tickets were sold out too!! So who says we are slow in watching the show? hahaha.. Interesting show indeed. :)
Last week's show was The Strangers which i already commented on it. The ever-so-wrong show... I seriously will not go for anymore horror movies. Not becos whether the show is nice anot... but i scared lah! Say i'm timid lah.. Bleahx. Ya.. Anyway.. looking forward to the next meet-up!! :))) Oh.. i think they starting prac soon. Jiayou ba.. I'm officially CO-less... err... although not so true... supposed to go back mco for the year end concert. haix. dun think will be going this month anyway. =x
Ok.. back to movies... The week be4 was Get Smart at PS with via... Left with first row seats too!!! Wah... and i think today's one is better... we were quite close to the screen for Get Smart. But it's a very funny show... the plot is quite cool... and there were good punch lines here and there along the whole show.. I recommend the show. :)))
Another week before was The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.. with via also... i think we were at marina sq. Ok... not bad a movie... Less exciting than the 1st one thou... (ok.. i can't rmb the words in their sequence).. Err.. and let me confess that i didn't read any of the books in the series as well. hahaha!! Anyway... i like this kind of action-pact and magnificant movies.. so it is to my liking lah. Yea. :))
Lastly... Less than 4 weeks ago... watched Kungfu Panda with 5 other ppl - yushi, qin, dj, siyih and denise, at The Cathay... A very funny animation in my point of view... good graphics also... Oh.. and sound effect as well... The panda is just so cute thou big. haha. And Tigress is so cute when she's still a cub.. That's why i always liked cubs.. be it lion or tiger. Hee. Had quite a good laugh then... very seldom you hear the whole cinema filled with laughter for animations nowadays i guess.. So ya... An animation up to standard and expectation.. cos they have been advertising for quite some time be4 the screening this june holidays. So ya.. worthed lah.. :))
Ya... That's all for the moment... wonder what's there to watch next week.. hahaha... Actually i think i want to sing more! =P Let's go singing!!!

Meet-ups with CO(s) ppl.
Yea... i survived... omg.. i think i'm really becoming very weak... i think zhiwen can tahan cos she's 4yrs younger. haha!
Anyway... ytd met up and had fun with SYCO ppl. Although the movie we watched was err... not to my liking.. horror movies is nv to my liking lah.. haha! This is like my 3rd horror movie in cinema so far i can rmb. It was a bit of slow in front... but middle part was quite exciting.. but i just kept on asking peiqian 'why are we watching this show?' haha! Oh.. didn't quite understand the ending also... i think partly cos when we went in.. the show already started... so they start the show faster when it's a midnight show? The cinema there quite happening lah... a lot of ppl watching movie ard the same time as us... cool.
Then went to Kenny's house in zixin father's van... luckily man.. if not have to take cab... and like that better also cos we can all talk on the way.. not like separated... First time to kenny's house. to me it's very neat and nice... we watched tv... and Kenny cooked for us!! So gan dong. :) Watched some co vcds... while watching one of csco's concert dvd... i requested to go to 'dong'... but i actually fell asleep less than halfway into the song. lol! =x
Anyway... back to home.... and went to sleep after i bathed... got nagged by mum a bit after i woke up... and told her i'm going out again. =x But ok lah... i think she just wants to know.. good thing i came home 1min earlier than my parents just now... if not my mum will sure call me again. hengs... no clubbing this week. save money! :)
I fast-forward too much... I had lunch at home and went out to meet melody and sylvia... to get melody's present... Orchard was like super crowded... very difficult to move ard or stay at a place to see something cos there are just ppl who want to squeeze here and there... but in the end still got it for her already. YEAH! Mission accomplished. :) Went to bakerzin for tea (cakes). haha. nv drink tea lah.. only ate desserts... cool. Then went down to collect my new specs and then to deshun's bday celebration at weixiang's place. haha.
I was a bit blur cos i haven't got used to the new specs yet... and the area was so dark i couldn't really make out their faces... and dunno if i've gotten to the correct place... haha... until ds called out to me.. lol. But quite all right... the whole night was occupied with fun conversations and interesting findings abt ds... haha! A very big grp of ppl spent a lot of money to get him most of the things he wanted (i.e. from his wishlist).. i think that's very good and hope he likes them and hope they are useful to him too. Yeah.
Left the place ard 11 and got home in bus 45. quite fast actually.. be4 i realised.. the bus was already prepared to turn into bedok... how fast... Anyway i'm really tired already so i really feel like sleeping now... update again another day.. haha!

Work is making me look forward to off days.
It's mid-week!!! 2 more days to off day... :))) I'm really waiting for saturday to come... the day i relax and play and party!!! Coincidentally... i have quite a few parties recently on saturdays... not next week... but i hope could be more often thou it means more money spent on presents also. haha!
Anyway... work has been.. so far so good? I think i forget things pretty fast... i mean.. i can't really rmb the unhappy things that happened... or the difficult cases that happened more than 3 days ago i think. haha! So actually.. not much worry also lah... hee. Like i said.. after all i'm just a part-timer! haha. And i think i'm already a very lucky part-timer. As in from the time i started working in this company till now.
Really learnt a lot in suntec... product knowledge... although now sometimes will still stumble... actually my lost of confidence comes from all the repairs lah... how to sell to customer when they see so many of the same kind in the line for servicing??? dotx. But suntec was the time i worked with some of the best ppl..
BUT i deem the first course of my work in shaw the best of all my work life in the company. although only 3 ppl in the shop doing all the sales and servicing and most of the time i'm the one attending to the customer cos the rest have got better things to do... i feel very homely in the shop. Not to mention uncle goes to buy lunch everyday (unless he's really very busy or when he's not ard or when he's the only full time ard)... and refused to take my money. Mum's friend lah.. but the other full-timer is really taking good care of me and other part-timers too... he really wun push us to die...
And this time back to the same place with different ppl altogether... ok lah.. pros and cons... I think i said... the ppl are nice... but sometimes there are things we really dun want to deal with... but no choice... and some will just push here push there... And with the changing system and all... even we stayed in the shop for extra 2 hours doesn't help much too. There's just lesser time to do more things. why is the company making things difficult for such a small shop. If i were a customer... i most probably think that the shop is selling 2nd hang bags as well. The environment is so tense that everyday i'm so afraid to hear the phone ring and to see ppl bringing bags in and even to come and collect their bag is a chore to us. But no choice have to do it. Too many complain cases lately... very scared. Every day is just another new challenge. and everyday it's just so tiring.. I hope nothing goes wrong tmr. haix.
Ok... I'm really tired. But my colleague is so nice he sent me home after work ytd and today... cos i worked aftn shift and he so happened stay in bedok too... although we went a big round to somewhere else first on both days.. i'm still quite grateful he offered to send me home today cos he was actually going to other places and not going home. :) He's nice in this way.. generous. but sometimes show too little enthusciasm in work... However, he really can do it when he wants to... product knowledge and very eloquent too. Ytd he solved yet another tough customer. Today as well. He can work... just whether he wants or not.. Apparently... i dunno.
Ya.. work again tmr. Happy to see my breakfast already on the table... dad bought nicey bread when he goes to cut his hair.. and he did today! :))) So yeah! good breakfast in the morning.. nitex for now. :)

First week of return to work!
Started work for a week already. The whole feeling is really different from the past... Very different... good or bad.. hard to say. But maybe more negative feelings?! It's a bit sad lah... but the ppl are still very nice... :)
So now including me... 5 ppl working everyday... cos actually sometimes really busy and a lot of things to do as well.. other than serving and selling our products to customers... have to check repair status.. collect repairs and blah blah blah... actually time really passes very fast.. thou sometimes some things are just unbearable... but 只要忍一忍就没事了... although i dun agree with some of their way of doing things, i'm just a part-timer after all... and of cos.. everyone has their own way of working... so should just comply lor... I will just and only do what i'm asked to do...
It's only two and half months away from the shop and changes are like everywhere. Pretty shocked when i first stepped in of cos... and really surprised how things are not how they were anymore.. couldn't really adapt at first... and sometimes really need a breather sometimes.. so i do go out for lunch and walk ard now... afterall there's company... and enough ppl in the shop also.. so doesn't really matter...
Heard of the staff shifting news when i start work and really thought... 真的要到失去的时候，才会发现他的好.. so in the first place i feel that they (or was it her only) really make a BIG fuss over a very small matter. Well.. then after all these happened.. and the situation of shop got worse under the next person... then they realised that they might have done the wrong thing... But of cos.. they can't put him back.. so just put him to somewhere with better prospects than wherever he was banished to before that... but ya.. at least it's fairer to the responsible person... :)

1206 to 1506 of 2008.
Wah.. can buy 4D with my entry title. haha! I confess that i'm just to lazy to blog! haha!!! Esp. when there were so many things happening! Anyway wasn't at home last weekend also.. so ya. =P
Last wed was SYCO post concert reception.. first time the event stretched for so long. hahaha!!! Didn't join the impromptu stay over at zhiwen's house cos next day still have to prepare for the chalet... Which actually i didn't do much lah. =x But this year's post concert is so far the most eventful? haha.
Then comes the impt day - 12th June. Actually didn't do much also lah... the funniest thing that happened during midnight was... my sms ringtone actually scared me quite a few times... and my family all sleep already! so it was really quiet ard and ya. in the end i put my phone to silent mode until i went to sleep. BUT i didn't reply to any one of them at once lah.. haha. i only like replied morning of the next day?! haha! i will touch on that later.
Ok.. so er-jie's bf royston came and pick us up after collecting the rented car... we packed and went off to the bungalow chalet.. very big indeed. bad thing the tv cannot watch... as in cannot detect the channels.. but luckily still can play Wii ya.. if not all of us will be like bored to death.. lol! Wii is like the most popular for that few days lor. haha! so we Wii-ed a while.. and went to white sands to get some food and drinks. oh.. the joke of the day was that royston was supposed to attend a wedding dinner... so he couldn't join us for kbox later that night.. BUT. after we sent him home... and as we were abt to reach home.. he called and said that he got the date wrong. dotx. but he still didn't join us lah... so in the end only me, er-jie, yushi, siyih, sylvia and daijing went. they were super duper late... due the the jam caused by IT fair at suntec. tsk tsk. After that they went home while we went back to fetch him back to chalet. And that night... only 3 of us stayed in that BIG house. we Wii-ed until 2+ then went to sleep. haha.
I couldn't really get to sleep... i think i dun like the bed lah... and it was too cold... so i woke up at like 6am! omg... how long haven't i wake up so early already.. so i sat in the living room and stare into space. wah liao... no tv really cmi. That's why.. i decided to reply to the sms-es. haha! At least i replied lah.. =P At the same time also send out reminders for the celebration. haha! A bit slow too... I'm very lazy to reply sms lately! haha!! So i was lag in sending msges to thank ppl for coming also lah. haha! how many ppl say i lag already. -.-
After breakfast... Wii-ed again! then supposed to go home to get more stuff and fetch da-jie while sis needs to change and go back to her branch to meet some customer. BUT! the clever us forgot to bring home keys! hahaha! BOTH of us ok. And the same thing actually happened twice! the first day only sis had keys and she forgot to bring home... but dad was at home that time... so he opened the door for us... and i brought mine when we went off again. but this time... dad went out for lunch with mum and he didn't bring his phone! Mum brought her phone but didn't switch on! Haha. how great. so sis had to go back in sleeveless and berms... while royston and i go get lunch. dotx. Finally got back after fetching da-jie from int.. get her stuff and some more stuff we need... and went back to chalet...
The activity for the night was bbq. and again... the rest were rather late... so my family started first.. oh jiaqi came too! jan was surprised that she was the first to come. haha!! then some came in yih's car... and dj came latest.. too much food and we couldn't finish... decided to keep it for the next night. hee. Wii-ed again! and mahjong-ed too. Ok.. i Wii-ed a while only.. Boxing with jiaqi.. cannot take it... and lost. haha! she so so worked up. haha! Boxing is the most most vigorous game in the whole Wii sports. And it makes ppl want to go nearer and nearer to the tv. Haha!!! Oh. and i didn't mahjong... er.. they didn't play money.. so the punishment for the last player is to wash the dishes left in the basin... char was the person and she did a really quick job.. cos i think she's tired already. haha! Ya.. so that's all for the night. yushi, sylvia, jiaqi and i sat downstairs and talked for another while be4 we go sleep.
Next day... almost all of us were already awake by 9am... and we started decorating the place. my dear cousin woke up at 10am sharp. not bad lah.. haha! cos we actually said 10am but in the end all woke up earlier. so deco deco.. went to bathe and everything ard 11.30am... Wah!! Earliest was jon lau and emily wor... hahaha! jon actually 'vroom vroom' emily there. And they came in blue! haha! Then next in line was ken and deshun. They super early. haha! The first to come in yellow was kim! haha!! Ok.. actually it was all the nyjcians who came first lor. haha. so proud of them. The last to arrive.. dun need to say lah.. the grp know themselves. hahaha! Not shy sia.. haix.
So anyways... the celebration goes on and on and omg i really miss my pri school friends a lot! haha! so i'm so happy to see huiqun and geraldine... and my kor... jiewan maybe not so much cos i just saw her not long ago. Heex. But i'm happy they came lah... I think the grp of ppl who i didn't really have a chance to talk to was my royal family.. since half of the time they were enjoying themselves in the upstairs air-conditioned room. haha! but nvm. will be seeing them again this weekend for kim's day. giving all my time to them man... :) Eh.. and i think i haven't catch up enough with my sisters and brother and all our pri school stuff yet. I'm so looking forward to the next gathering i tell u. hahaha.
Oh... a pity yvonne and sofian left be4 the cake... cos they were the only lasalle ppl... cos caiwen and weixuan pangseh-ed cos of work... and liyana couldn't come too... and lila only replied she can't come after that.. Khai in ns.. But well... this is a norm for lasalle ppl. haha! Sorry for boring the 2 of u!! =x But anyway... my kns gang didn't come too.. coincidentally they have something on.. so we gonna meet another day.
So as more ppl left for the day... finally only 2 grps of ppl were left in the house with us... i.e. my beloved crews of the day since they are so defying to wear RED. (my theme is BLUE and YELLOW lah). And the syco ppl... so we started bbq-ing again.. and also try to finish up the food from catering... went to rent bikes overnight after that... but quite tired.. some of them went cycling for a while.. i slacked in the house. haha! some syco ppl stayed while the rest went home... minhui didn't stay cos of some things lah... :( The crazy syco ppl were fighting in the room. ok.. actually i think it was only kenny and ngeow. haha! by the time we wanted to go out.. they were telling ghost stories.. and ya.. i listened to one.. and ran out of the room. haha!
So 7 of us went out at 4am to the same HK cafe we went after qin's bday party cos sylvia insisted. haha! Oh... this time we know le.. just order simple food will do. I was really tired i fell asleep on our way back. haha! Jiaqi was the one who drove.. the rented car. haha! she was quite nervous cos first time on auto cars. haha. quite funny. but she ok lah. :) Took some crazy photos there also. This person huh.. actually wanted to go home one... but dunno why hor... until very late liao she was still there... haha! I think she clicked well with my cogang ppl ya... so in the end dun bear to go home already. haha!! But good also lah.. more ppl.. more fun! :) Went back and saw ngeow playing Wii alone... lying down somemore. damn relax huh.. we were all tired.. so we retired to the room while he continued. dunno what time some of them left... was fast asleep when zhiwen called me in the morning. haha. woke up at 9+.. quickly packed and came home. the caretaker damn mafan lah... somemore tell my boys rudely 'u all can go home already hor.' (translated from chinese). So we chop chop leave the place cos they like want to lock already. whatever. And ya.. that's all for the chalet!

And lastly... the combined effort from my beloveds and nyco ppl... something that i need to change since long time ago.. my specs! hahaha! I think many haven't seen me in specs for a long time already lah... cos i dun really dare to bring it out in its current state lor. lol. Oh!! How can i forget this... the stitch globe puzzle already completed from michelle. Thanks for ur effort. I like it very very very much. sitting on my cupboard now. hee. And the angbaos from my godmother, sylvia's mother (thank u aunty), and my san-yi! :) And OH! a bracelet by Meyson from my parents! :)
Lastly... The pressies are all topped with a card with some message inside and i totally totally love it! I think cards are my favourite cos they can be kept for so so so long... and i nv get tired reading them. :) So.. Thanks syco for the HUGE card with a '21' done by zhiwen in front, and a pink '21' card from nusco, a black and colourful card from qun and ger, a card with the message written upside down (haha!) by jiewan and jiaying (i supposed the blur blur jiewan wrote that), a little pop-up card from reena, a silver 'Prints' card from boyi and rudy, the agnes b. card that comes with the keychain from edwin, and the green board done by my beloved cogang.. (green cos it was the other half of sylvia's board, ok my own fault cos i bought it).. and of cos the guest book~!!! Actually some of them didn't write.. so next time have to fill back ya. haha!
Seriously.. thanks for all the effort. And of cos.. thanks my family for giving all the support.. physically and financially. I think i'm really fortunate to have them as my family. thou my sis didn't give me any present... but they paid for ALL the expenses. claiming or not i dunno. But ya.. i didn't pay a single for anything. I love my sisters so much. And a huge thank you to royston also... fetching us, my parents, and making trips to get drinks and helping us bbq and asking me not to be paiseh abt it... I hope this time my sis has gotten the right person. :) Thanks for making my bday a memorable one! I look forward to more celebrations of my friends~!! :))) Just too many to thank... So thank u ALL! Oh.. and for reading too... i know this is a super long entry. haha!

Last wed was SYCO post concert reception.. first time the event stretched for so long. hahaha!!! Didn't join the impromptu stay over at zhiwen's house cos next day still have to prepare for the chalet... Which actually i didn't do much lah. =x But this year's post concert is so far the most eventful? haha.
Then comes the impt day - 12th June. Actually didn't do much also lah... the funniest thing that happened during midnight was... my sms ringtone actually scared me quite a few times... and my family all sleep already! so it was really quiet ard and ya. in the end i put my phone to silent mode until i went to sleep. BUT i didn't reply to any one of them at once lah.. haha. i only like replied morning of the next day?! haha! i will touch on that later.
Ok.. so er-jie's bf royston came and pick us up after collecting the rented car... we packed and went off to the bungalow chalet.. very big indeed. bad thing the tv cannot watch... as in cannot detect the channels.. but luckily still can play Wii ya.. if not all of us will be like bored to death.. lol! Wii is like the most popular for that few days lor. haha! so we Wii-ed a while.. and went to white sands to get some food and drinks. oh.. the joke of the day was that royston was supposed to attend a wedding dinner... so he couldn't join us for kbox later that night.. BUT. after we sent him home... and as we were abt to reach home.. he called and said that he got the date wrong. dotx. but he still didn't join us lah... so in the end only me, er-jie, yushi, siyih, sylvia and daijing went. they were super duper late... due the the jam caused by IT fair at suntec. tsk tsk. After that they went home while we went back to fetch him back to chalet. And that night... only 3 of us stayed in that BIG house. we Wii-ed until 2+ then went to sleep. haha.
I couldn't really get to sleep... i think i dun like the bed lah... and it was too cold... so i woke up at like 6am! omg... how long haven't i wake up so early already.. so i sat in the living room and stare into space. wah liao... no tv really cmi. That's why.. i decided to reply to the sms-es. haha! At least i replied lah.. =P At the same time also send out reminders for the celebration. haha! A bit slow too... I'm very lazy to reply sms lately! haha!! So i was lag in sending msges to thank ppl for coming also lah. haha! how many ppl say i lag already. -.-
After breakfast... Wii-ed again! then supposed to go home to get more stuff and fetch da-jie while sis needs to change and go back to her branch to meet some customer. BUT! the clever us forgot to bring home keys! hahaha! BOTH of us ok. And the same thing actually happened twice! the first day only sis had keys and she forgot to bring home... but dad was at home that time... so he opened the door for us... and i brought mine when we went off again. but this time... dad went out for lunch with mum and he didn't bring his phone! Mum brought her phone but didn't switch on! Haha. how great. so sis had to go back in sleeveless and berms... while royston and i go get lunch. dotx. Finally got back after fetching da-jie from int.. get her stuff and some more stuff we need... and went back to chalet...
The activity for the night was bbq. and again... the rest were rather late... so my family started first.. oh jiaqi came too! jan was surprised that she was the first to come. haha!! then some came in yih's car... and dj came latest.. too much food and we couldn't finish... decided to keep it for the next night. hee. Wii-ed again! and mahjong-ed too. Ok.. i Wii-ed a while only.. Boxing with jiaqi.. cannot take it... and lost. haha! she so so worked up. haha! Boxing is the most most vigorous game in the whole Wii sports. And it makes ppl want to go nearer and nearer to the tv. Haha!!! Oh. and i didn't mahjong... er.. they didn't play money.. so the punishment for the last player is to wash the dishes left in the basin... char was the person and she did a really quick job.. cos i think she's tired already. haha! Ya.. so that's all for the night. yushi, sylvia, jiaqi and i sat downstairs and talked for another while be4 we go sleep.
Next day... almost all of us were already awake by 9am... and we started decorating the place. my dear cousin woke up at 10am sharp. not bad lah.. haha! cos we actually said 10am but in the end all woke up earlier. so deco deco.. went to bathe and everything ard 11.30am... Wah!! Earliest was jon lau and emily wor... hahaha! jon actually 'vroom vroom' emily there. And they came in blue! haha! Then next in line was ken and deshun. They super early. haha! The first to come in yellow was kim! haha!! Ok.. actually it was all the nyjcians who came first lor. haha. so proud of them. The last to arrive.. dun need to say lah.. the grp know themselves. hahaha! Not shy sia.. haix.
So anyways... the celebration goes on and on and omg i really miss my pri school friends a lot! haha! so i'm so happy to see huiqun and geraldine... and my kor... jiewan maybe not so much cos i just saw her not long ago. Heex. But i'm happy they came lah... I think the grp of ppl who i didn't really have a chance to talk to was my royal family.. since half of the time they were enjoying themselves in the upstairs air-conditioned room. haha! but nvm. will be seeing them again this weekend for kim's day. giving all my time to them man... :) Eh.. and i think i haven't catch up enough with my sisters and brother and all our pri school stuff yet. I'm so looking forward to the next gathering i tell u. hahaha.
Oh... a pity yvonne and sofian left be4 the cake... cos they were the only lasalle ppl... cos caiwen and weixuan pangseh-ed cos of work... and liyana couldn't come too... and lila only replied she can't come after that.. Khai in ns.. But well... this is a norm for lasalle ppl. haha! Sorry for boring the 2 of u!! =x But anyway... my kns gang didn't come too.. coincidentally they have something on.. so we gonna meet another day.
So as more ppl left for the day... finally only 2 grps of ppl were left in the house with us... i.e. my beloved crews of the day since they are so defying to wear RED. (my theme is BLUE and YELLOW lah). And the syco ppl... so we started bbq-ing again.. and also try to finish up the food from catering... went to rent bikes overnight after that... but quite tired.. some of them went cycling for a while.. i slacked in the house. haha! some syco ppl stayed while the rest went home... minhui didn't stay cos of some things lah... :( The crazy syco ppl were fighting in the room. ok.. actually i think it was only kenny and ngeow. haha! by the time we wanted to go out.. they were telling ghost stories.. and ya.. i listened to one.. and ran out of the room. haha!
So 7 of us went out at 4am to the same HK cafe we went after qin's bday party cos sylvia insisted. haha! Oh... this time we know le.. just order simple food will do. I was really tired i fell asleep on our way back. haha! Jiaqi was the one who drove.. the rented car. haha! she was quite nervous cos first time on auto cars. haha. quite funny. but she ok lah. :) Took some crazy photos there also. This person huh.. actually wanted to go home one... but dunno why hor... until very late liao she was still there... haha! I think she clicked well with my cogang ppl ya... so in the end dun bear to go home already. haha!! But good also lah.. more ppl.. more fun! :) Went back and saw ngeow playing Wii alone... lying down somemore. damn relax huh.. we were all tired.. so we retired to the room while he continued. dunno what time some of them left... was fast asleep when zhiwen called me in the morning. haha. woke up at 9+.. quickly packed and came home. the caretaker damn mafan lah... somemore tell my boys rudely 'u all can go home already hor.' (translated from chinese). So we chop chop leave the place cos they like want to lock already. whatever. And ya.. that's all for the chalet!

Keychain from my dear brother.. omg thanks edwin.. i know it's not cheap cos it's agnes b. =x Raoul card holder from boyi and rudy. thanks too!! it's really to know u all in sy gaohu. the only time sy has the same grp of gh ppl for 2 years. haha! Guy Laroche card holder from my 2 cousins, jiaqi and jiaxun (he didn't come too). Thanks my dear and look forward to ur party! can i stay over? haha! Burberry fragrance from my royal family... thanks han for the effort of sniffing 20 over different ones be4 deciding on this... i love it. and love u too! :) Then a Goldheart bracelet from my sis' family cum my mother's best friend. haha! ok.. very complicated. but it's a coincidence that xiaoting jiejie chose a star one cos she likes it without knowing i like stars too. yeah~ Then a series of gifts from the 2 pri school sisters.. a big bag (something i need), a doraemon cushion, a pack of kogepan stickers with my name (this is super cute, got different patterns somemore), a Star-shaped necklace from Helen, and a hp pouch, and a card with very heartwarming message. And lastly... the combined effort from my beloveds and nyco ppl... something that i need to change since long time ago.. my specs! hahaha! I think many haven't seen me in specs for a long time already lah... cos i dun really dare to bring it out in its current state lor. lol. Oh!! How can i forget this... the stitch globe puzzle already completed from michelle. Thanks for ur effort. I like it very very very much. sitting on my cupboard now. hee. And the angbaos from my godmother, sylvia's mother (thank u aunty), and my san-yi! :) And OH! a bracelet by Meyson from my parents! :)
Lastly... The pressies are all topped with a card with some message inside and i totally totally love it! I think cards are my favourite cos they can be kept for so so so long... and i nv get tired reading them. :) So.. worship sy? how to?
I laughed when i saw this... 'i do no worship SYCO anymore'... lol!
In the first place... SY is not for ppl to worship.. and secondly... why should the person worship SYCO?? We are just very very normal human beings... we are not like god and goddess or whatever. We are just people who went through the audition to sy... and anyone can do that... Thereafter... we are just people who come together once a week for combine and once for sectionals to work towards our annual concert. So it's no big deal right.. it's actually what every student does in a school co! Just that we are luckier. :) So.. there is NO NEED for anyone to worship SY! right?
Abt the matter that was just over.. Thank goodness... i mean there is no point to fuss over that original very small matter, i.e. the criticism abt the musicians and the reason for losing 2 out of 4 songs. Actually i wanted to say to him 'jiayou' on the concert day.. but i think i was too excited.. i forgot... Ok.. i think he tried to get everything right... but maybe not hard enough... And i hope this is a very valuable lesson to him and in future be fully prepared for every practice and performances... cos perc are always on their own for their parts and nobody can cover up for him.. not even his friends. what is wrong, is wrong. Moreover, friends who do not know what the situation is like should nv place themselves in the matter cos it will only make things worse and show how ignorant they are. Only comment after understanding the whole situation... or better.. gone through it. Becos we are shocked that something like this can happen too!
Aiya.. but anyway it's over le lah... it's just a 2-cent worth opinion.. so dun take it too hard. But i still think that worshipping SYCO is a funny thing.. i dun suppose we will end up having a statue to let ppl worship yea? =x

New Toy!
I know this is VERY anti-climax but i must announce it...
The new toy for us....
Wii!!!!! Heex.
I think my er-jie got very tempted since she went to her god-parents' house... and the next 2 days must be contemplating whether to buy anot... and on our concert day... she VERY excitedly told me that she's going to buy it the next day! haha! And... no joke... she's just all out to buy it... so now... we have Wii sports and bought an extra game that is super fun. So i've Wii-ing with my sisters almost the whole night... with da-jie first... she stopped just a while be4 er-jie was back... and we continued playing.
And she's right!!! It's more like a machine for me to play than for anyone else. =P BUT. i think cannot everyday lah.... hands ache from sports ok. lol. So anyways will be busy preparing and going out the next 2 days.. so probably wait till chalet lah. :)))

SYCO. I Miss.
Maybe i should blog abt the concert... but actually there isn't much... cos many things can't be described in words.
So.. as usual... actually not very usual cos we only started that last year... we met up be4 concert at vivo... talk rubbish and bitch for a while be4 deciding to have our lunch at like 2pm when we were supposed to meet at 12pm. Apparently... most ppl were late... including me.. partly cos it was raining.. partly cos i couldn't really get myself awake enough... =x
Anyway.. pasta-ed for lunch... then went to get things for our mortal.. lotsa fun and laughter in Candy Empire. Would nv forget the first time i introduced our heavenly chocolate to joel. haha! So we bought one each.. (of cos it is more ex now~!) But we were happily eating that seriously. :) Then our routine to the arcade... but.. NO MORE Photohunt!!! DOTX. so sian-ed. Stayed there and watch the rest play until 4.30pm and we decided to move ourselves to SCH. Yes.. it's 1h but knowing the ppl... we will take eons to get to SCH. even though it's only 2 mrt stops away. lol.
After the week's intense practices... it's finally the day we show our hardwork for the past 5+months... the only song i was worried abt was the last song... cos there are some parts that i know i still couldn't catch... sometimes can.. sometimes cannot. it's really like super fast lah... lol. But i really like all the songs this year. And esp. the last song too - GaDa MeiLin. It's really a piece that will get ur emotions moving...
The concert itself is really successful lah... we were so funny we asked yao laoshi if he's nervous be4 the start.. haha! He said 'no' so i jokingly said that i am. haha! He's quite shocked and said... '等一下我们多交流就可以了。' He's really very nice... :) And i think the soloists have done us proud!! :))) Both of them are really good players of their instru.
The after-concert is also unforgetable... we had a very very long supper or dinner for some of them at marina square's HK cafe. Although i wasn't sitting with the usual grp of ppl... but eventually we had a lot to talk abt... the uniqueness i find in co ppl... there's always non-stop topics regarding co to talk abt... seriously. even with the most unfamiliar person... you can find something to talk abt that is related to co. And that is what i like abt co too. Becos it's so easy to know each other. So easy to relate everything. So easy to bond. :)
But the funny thing is.. every year syco just feels so different... even with the same ppl.. it doesn't feel the same. Becos every year there's new things to enjoy... new ideas to make sy interesting. For this year esp. with the Angel and Mortal game... At least each person will get to know another new person... And more ppl get together to talk abt their angels and mortal. I feel very happy to be able to give. :) And then even with the same kind of mindset... it just doesn't feel the same... Both years i went up the stage with the thinking that it is my last year with syco... The difference is.. thou last year i keep thinking of leaving... but i wasn't that serious abt it and i know i feel like staying... but this year i know it is going to be what i think and the feeling is more true and more vivid. Becos i know that i dun have a choice but i will have to leave. How i wished my year 3 of studies is not going to be what it's like. But... i really hate to admit that i really do not have a choice. It was hard to make a decision last year becos i still have a choice... but it really wasn't as hard as facing my only choice this year.
Actually i ticked 'i am interested to join next year'... but i'm not very hopeful abt it... esp. when i can foresee how my life would be like having night classes for the whole year 3 and the thesis that i have to write. I know the possibility is the lowest i can ever think of.
I nv liked to say goodbye becos i know... nothing will be the same anymore. And the fact that close friends in syco asked me to stay and said that they will miss me makes it even more saddening to say goodbye to them. I think i've really gained a lot the past 4 years in sy. time really flies and this will really be my last concert with sy. I wun be participating in the next 2 concerts. so good luck to the rest of the members. I may be back in the future.. but future is always filled with uncertainty.. so i can't promise.

1 more rehearsal to concert~!!!!!
Actually i'm really lazy to blog abt practices this week. haha! So far it has been tiring but fun. Zhiwen has like blogged all about it already. That's why i'm like super sian to repeat whatever she blogged about. haha!
In short... Mon was Red day, Tues was blue day, Wed white, Thurs Green (cos it's Earth Day), and fri is going to be black day. YEah. today (thurs) is like... quite stress... I think i will be friendly and talk to the SCO musician sitting beside me tme... haha! I think cos she dun really know what to say to us lah... but nvm.. i will be brave and talk to her... lol. dunno if i will succeed. =x It's a challenge lah cos via sat with her last year and apparently she didn't really talk to via.. we'll see tmr... yea.
Ya.. been meeting zhiwen and minhui and joel early most of the days for dinner be4 going for practice... and they went supper everyday after prac... i didn't join them on mon and tues... basically cos i have no voice? haha! So returned home late both wed and thurs. a bit tired... but good time chatting with them lah.... jojo joined us for supper today. omg... i think i damn long nv chat with him already. haha!
Oh.. coolest thing that happened today... went out with yss to orchard.. we feel a bit bad cos we made him waited for us... =x and coincidentally minhui and i were on the same train. haha! like monday i was on the same train as zhiwen too. So qiao lah.. haha. ya... so yss was so nice.. he treated the 2 of us to desserts.. and do not allow us to share. dotx. then brought him to Reds to cut his hair while we carry out our mission. Bought a rather naughty t-shirt. =P but he looks nice in the green shirt! (forget abt the wordings on it lah.) And his new hairstyle. seriously look younger... we were so super paiseh to tell him that he should shave. DOTX! hahaha. In short... Mon was Red day, Tues was blue day, Wed white, Thurs Green (cos it's Earth Day), and fri is going to be black day. YEah. today (thurs) is like... quite stress... I think i will be friendly and talk to the SCO musician sitting beside me tme... haha! I think cos she dun really know what to say to us lah... but nvm.. i will be brave and talk to her... lol. dunno if i will succeed. =x It's a challenge lah cos via sat with her last year and apparently she didn't really talk to via.. we'll see tmr... yea.
Ya.. been meeting zhiwen and minhui and joel early most of the days for dinner be4 going for practice... and they went supper everyday after prac... i didn't join them on mon and tues... basically cos i have no voice? haha! So returned home late both wed and thurs. a bit tired... but good time chatting with them lah.... jojo joined us for supper today. omg... i think i damn long nv chat with him already. haha!
Oh.. coolest thing that happened today... went out with yss to orchard.. we feel a bit bad cos we made him waited for us... =x and coincidentally minhui and i were on the same train. haha! like monday i was on the same train as zhiwen too. So qiao lah.. haha. ya... so yss was so nice.. he treated the 2 of us to desserts.. and do not allow us to share. dotx. then brought him to Reds to cut his hair while we carry out our mission. Bought a rather naughty t-shirt. =P but he looks nice in the green shirt! (forget abt the wordings on it lah.) And his new hairstyle. seriously look younger... we were so super paiseh to tell him that he should shave. DOTX! hahaha. Qin's chalet...
Been wanting to update... but didn't really have the time and ytd blogger is a bit crazy... haha!
Had a very wonderful week spent.... as in from last wed till now ba... been going out!! Yeah... working very hard to shake off the 宅女 lifestyle.. haha! Not say it's not good... but it's getting rather boring. =P
Anyway.. it's really good to be out shopping... lol! Did some shopping on thurs... bought a top and a pair of bottoms... It might not be a lot... but it's already a sum for me cos currently i only have output and no inputs... and i'm still spending quite a lot.. =x
Fri was a good day!!! Went out shopping with daijing and sylvia... but i didn't really buy anything lah... except for a pair of shoes cos the one i was wearing was spoilt!!! Only 2nd time i wore it lor... unbelievable... at least i still know how to control myself and understand my financial situation now... hee.
But at night was great!! Cos i met up with my pri school friends... a mini class gathering we call... lol! cos it was only jiewan, jiaying, wenguang and me. A bit pathetic... but ok lah... we quite 熟 with each other... so we can like chit-chat non-stop... after dining at BigO at wheelock cos NYDC was too crowded... we went off for some 'coffee' at coffee bean while jy went off to meet her other friends... but jw and i didn't have coffee lah. lol. We sat there and talk until the place close... then fine.. go home lor... we decided that next time our gathering should be nearer to the east so can go home later. haha! But it was really a nice meet up lah... will be seeing some of them again soon anyways. :)
Sat was my dearest grand daughter's big day... not exactly big cos it's not the actual day lah.. lol! But char, jan and i went early to help her with her balloons deco lah... luckily the 2 of them went cos they were tall enough to reach after standing on a chair. haha!! Good cos the rest of us couldn't do it lah... although in the process quite a lot of funny stuff happened.. we managed to do it. hee. waited for the girl to change into her dress... then she surprised us with her hair as well.. haha! so the very excited jan also wanted to do hers. dotx. so qin's mother very nice help her curl. haha!
Ya... then ppl start to come lor.. before we know.. the porch is already filled with her friends and family. :))) And the celebration begins! For the first half i was the camera'man'. haha. cos she blur blur de... also nv take her cam and phone down from the room lor. but after that i lost my job and someone else took over the cam to help her take during and after cake cutting. Heex.
Some ex-BDS ppl came and surprise surprise to see jon and deshun also... they so happened to be at Aranda country club for their friend's party ba... and the bds ppl were at xiuping's party also at aranda... what coincidence.. so they came over tgt since qin invited some... It's long since ppl from the 3 schools stand tgt yea. lol!
And so.. we were the only ppl who stayed.. minus melody, char and ling... char was busy that night too... running here and there... to her friend's party also at costa sands. Really coincidence cos via saw her friend too. haha! ok.. back to the topic. but this time... i think we too hyper ya... only 2 person slept for the night.. lucky them.. they each have a bed to themselves. lol. while 5 of us (yushi, qin, yih, dj and i) watched tv and talked downstairs.. and later 3+am really cannot tahan staying in the chalet liao.. we decided to go out. The funny part was we can't take out the keys... and we didn't want to wake them up to ask them lock the door... so we were trying ways to keep the power on... but couldn't lah.. so the power kept on going on and off... until i saw someone sitting at the top of the stairs... jan gave us a shock lah! dotx. So she helped us lock the door lor...
Couldn't really decide where to go... so we just got on to yih's car and off we went.. drove to the wrong expressway and ended up going to airport instead of towards town... but the parking fee for airport is way too high so we drove out of the place and went to east coast.... shops at siglap all closed already.. we didn't have much choice so went to the hk cafe at east coast rd which we went last time... cos sure 24h. Ordered some food and drink... the milk tea is so not nice. dotx. finally decided to head back to chalet... cos it started raining also lah... by the time we get back.. the sky is already bright! so after the 2 ladies wake up and prepare to go off for breakfast... we kinda take turns to nap.. i started watching my dou niu... haha! later yih came to join me, qin and dj also.. haha. after one and half epi... cannot make it liao.. yih and my turn to sleep for a while... then the other 3 were taking down the balloons and eventually playing with them.. or rather 'decorating' the stairs with them to take photos. dotx.
Came home after checking out... thanks yih for sending us back! :) Was damn tired and returned home without my voice.. think i left it in the chalet lah! haha.. but didn't sleep lah.. bathe and went out for lunch with family since everyone was around. Ichiban-ed at parkway... Actually i was like super tired.. cos i dozed while waiting for our food. Lol!!! =x then went shopping for a while... in then bought a dress. haha. mum paid. Hee. My sis insisted ice-cream before going back. dotx. I didn't eat lah... only tried a little bit of each flavour... I knocked out the moment we got home lor.... until dinner time.. actually i didn't even want to wake up for dinner but ya.. still ate in half-daze mode.. and after dinner i actually fell asleep again while watching tv. =P In the end i couldn't really sleep at night. -.-
Ok.. my voice haven't really come back yet.. but almost le.. must get well cos next week very impt and i want to sing! lol.
Yup. But still happy to spend the weekend with the beloveds~! :) Another one to come thou! hee. Pls come in blue or yellow ya~!! :))) I'll be wearing white thou. =P
Shall update abt syco soon... this week intensive... and concert is on sat!!!!!! Come and watch leh... pretty please?

《伟言耸听》读后感
最近读了杨君伟的《伟言耸听》，有很多感想。突然有写作的冲动，哈哈！不过也知道自己的语文能力不怎么样，所以只有想法，没有行动。真得很糟糕！
把话题转回《伟》吧；我极力推荐这本书。前些日子就在书店看到售卖《伟》，但我从来没有买书的习惯，不知道值不值得买。最后还是没有把钱花在书上。后来意外的在图书馆看到这本书就在架子上，想都不想就立刻把它借回家了。
58篇短文叙述他的经历和感想。有些幽默有趣；有些道理满满。我从中找到了娱乐；也领悟了很多。他写的东西都很贴近人生，有些东西读了有些熟悉，好像自己也经历过，遇到过。有一篇提到他曾经到初级学院宣传《My Voice》，他是编辑之一。读了那篇散文后才记起以前在南初的时候他也来过，就不知道是不是文章中所提到的那所初院了。读着，读着，真得觉得越来越像, 但又不敢乱下定论，毕竟事情离现在也有好几年了，记忆是有点模糊了。我甚至已经忘记自己也买了那本书，而他也在书里写了一些鼓励的话。当时心里是高兴的，因为杨君伟是一位我很喜欢的DJ写的。哈哈！不过自从他离开了93.3fm以后就没听他的节目了，因为我还是该电台的忠实听众。不过，的确很想念他的声音，如果有他的舞台剧作品，我一定要去看！
不好意思，写读后感变成写偶像。所以我才说我不适合写作嘛，一点都没错！话说回来了，如果这本书不是我的偶像写的，我会读吗？如果是其他艺人或DJ写的，我也许会考虑吧。:P
Ok... the book touches on many issues worth our consideration and serves as a very good source of entertainment too. 读的时候真的是有时会偷笑，但点头赞成的时候更多。所以真的很佩服啊！之前也读过他的《唱所欲言》，记录一些他以往做过的一些艺人访问。他真的是一个很认真的人。会在任何一个工作前做最充足的准备，绝对不会是一知半解的就上场了。《伟》里的一篇也提到他答应担任莫个舞蹈作品演出后的dialogue session host and translator。他知道自己不是很了解舞蹈，所以很积极的查阅资料，还特地找了一本跟舞蹈同名的书来增加对该舞蹈的了解。这可说是诚意和态度100分了吧。
什么时候，让我也出一本书？哈哈！也许在等个十年吧。（这只是安慰自己的话而已）以后有好看的书再介绍。也许很快，因为今天又借了书。:)))

Music Ties
I think that the concert was awesome!!!
Although the first song was more difficult to understand... the rest of the songs were very nice. Esp. the solos by the Huangs. Maybe becos i'm not so much of a Pipa fan lah... Of cos her skills are like superb... but the song is a bit too long. I'm still wondering why didn't the couple had a duet song? Anyhows.. HuangChenDa's 酒狂 was nice... very unique and interesting... his father's 天山 is better.... everything... his 音色 is really very ear-catching (i know there isn't such a word)... it's really very 悦耳 lah... Yupx... plus the song is nice too. So no complains about that. But of cos... the highlight of the night is really the 广东音乐 double concerto by the Huangs... Their skills are really like... unbeatable. haha! Then they played 赛马 for encore... So expected.. But cool lah. cos it's double melody mah.. haha. But i thought it could be some other song that can like surprise the audience. Oh wells... nvm. Overall... A concert really worth watching!! :)
Omg... I really regretted not buying the dvd i saw at bras basah once... featuring HuangAnYuan playing Butterfly Lovers with accompaniment by HKCO. After that i wanted to go back and buy another day but dun have already!!! And i haven't seen it since then. Dotx.

爱，不需要让你知道
寒冷的二月，山中茫茫的雪中，一男一女艰难的移动着，他们都是户外运动的爱好者，相约进山看雪，途中意外碰到暴风雪，迷了路。
女人很喜欢男人，他们之间没有表白过，因为之前，女人仅仅是从男人的眼神中，捕捉到喜欢的信息，但是不确定。他们两个都是骄傲而怕受伤的人，因为不确定，所以不表白。
大雪中，他们手拉着手，说着鼓励的话，在齐膝的雪中艰难的前进，不停的走着，常常走不了几步就会摔交，衣服已经湿透了，被冷风一吹，两个人都嘴唇青紫。体力消耗很大，但女人仍然边走边笑，男人看着女人，轻松不少。尽管都在微笑，但是他们知道，死神正一步步向他们逼近。已经三天了，周围仍然是一望无际的雪地，体力已经透支，最糟糕的是，食物也越来越少了。
为了生存，他们把所有的食物都集中到了女人的背包里，由女人好好规划，控制每天的食量，以应付最糟糕的情形。更不幸的事情发生了，由于雪太深，在路过一片树林时，女人掉进雪洞里扭伤了脚，整个腿肿了起来，每走一步都要忍住巨痛。男人已经极度疲惫了，没可能背上女人前进，而且，女人也拒绝男人背她，她很清楚，这样的话，他们会一起死在山上。斟酌再三，只能由男人独自前行，找到出山的路，寻求救援。男人为女人支好了帐篷，安顿好。他们整理了彼此的背包，女人告诉男人“还剩下八块压缩饼干，咱们一人四块“，随后说“你出去帮我烧点水好吗？“男人烧好水送进帐篷来，女人说饼干分好了，装在两个包的头包里，男人摸了摸两个背包的头包，凭感觉，的确是一样多。他拉着女人的手，说“等着我，我马上回来”。直到这时，他们仍然没有向对方表达自己的爱恋，他们都是理智的人，这种情况下，可能一分手就是永别，如果表白之日就是永别之日，未免太过残忍。
男人根本不知道自己能不能走出去，如果，他们中只有一人能生存，那何必让对方用一生的时间，去忘记一个逝去的爱人呢？记得一个普通的朋友就足够了。女人无限依恋的看着男人“我等你，我知道你能走出去。”男人站起身，替女人盖好睡袋，转身。每走一段路，男人都做下记号，他一心想着找到救援，回去接女人，饿了，啃一口饼干，渴了，吃两口雪。男人的速度越来越慢，他提醒自己，不能停，只要停下就意味着死亡，那女人也就没救了，他努力坚持，他告诉自己，一定要出去。 终于，男人耗尽了最后一丝气力，倒下，失去知觉前，他想，女人的食物还够吗？还能撑住吗？醒来，男人发现自己躺在救援队的帐篷里，朋友发现他们没有按时出山，救援队已经进山搜救很久了。其实救援队一开始并没有发现男人，他们先找到女人的帐篷，然后顺着男人留下的记号，找到几乎冻僵奄奄一息的男人。男人的体温渐渐恢复，他问“她呢”，大家不语，他突然发现，救援队的成员眼角都隐隐有着泪光。男人一呆，“告诉我，她呢”，挣扎着要出去找她。救援队长用颤抖的声音说“别找了，她不在了，我们发现她的时候，已经去了，可能是出去融雪烧水，没力气回到帐篷，冻死了”……
三年后，男人结婚了，是一个和女人一样喜欢户外运动、喜欢笑的可爱女孩。女人走后，这个女孩陪男人走过了最难受的日子，男人逐渐快乐起来，有了感情，两人走到了一起，有时，他们也会一起怀念惋惜女人的逝去，也更珍惜现在的感情。当年的救援队长参加了他的婚礼。婚礼后，队长来到女人的墓地，女人在照片上，笑容依旧美丽。队长对女人说“你放心吧，他结婚了，很幸福“。队长流泪了，其实，当年，队长说谎了。女人不是冻死的，救援队发现她的时候，她好好的躺在帐篷里，睡袋盖的很好，男人替她盖好的，她舍不得动。女人是饿死的，打开她的头包，只有几块平平的石板，没有什么压缩饼干，剩下的压缩饼干，不是八块，只有四块而已。女人，把剩下的所有食物，都留给了男人，她真的，很爱他。队长发现女人的时候，她早已经僵硬的手中紧紧攥着一张小纸条：“我肯定撑不到他回来了，别告诉他，他该有自己的生活。”
Saw this story on Mary Bukoh's blog. A very touching story isn't it? Even after reading it for the 2nd time... tears can still flow down easily... indeed a very brave woman. 她那无私的爱让人钦佩。有很多人认为死前不应该还有什么遗憾，有什么就说什么，所以就算只剩下一口气也要跟所爱的人告白。如果两个人都要死了，也许就不一样。但如果只剩下一个人，那最后一刻的告白就真的太残忍了...
Feeling really emo lately... i think it's partly becos of the quake... just feel that 人生是那么的脆弱... Why is life so fragile? And these ppl had to be taken away from their loved ones so suddenly and violently. That day a guy who was trapped under heavy weight for many days was being discovered still alive and they tried to save him for over 10hours. He was given food and drink i think... and they even let him give a call to his family... But that was the last time he ever talked to them... Although he was eventually saved... he died 10min after he was taken out of the pile. I was taken back by the incident. Saw this story on Mary Bukoh's blog. A very touching story isn't it? Even after reading it for the 2nd time... tears can still flow down easily... indeed a very brave woman. 她那无私的爱让人钦佩。有很多人认为死前不应该还有什么遗憾，有什么就说什么，所以就算只剩下一口气也要跟所爱的人告白。如果两个人都要死了，也许就不一样。但如果只剩下一个人，那最后一刻的告白就真的太残忍了...
Feeling really emo lately... i think it's partly becos of the quake... just feel that 人生是那么的脆弱... Why is life so fragile? And these ppl had to be taken away from their loved ones so suddenly and violently. That day a guy who was trapped under heavy weight for many days was being discovered still alive and they tried to save him for over 10hours. He was given food and drink i think... and they even let him give a call to his family... But that was the last time he ever talked to them... Although he was eventually saved... he died 10min after he was taken out of the pile. I was taken back by the incident. I think i'm feeling a bit emo these days... have a lot of feelings but just couldn't pen them down properly... feelings towards too many things... and i think i got a bit confused. Well... I'll just take it ya... it's not big deal. :)

Yangtze Three Gorges Tour Prelude
Hi!! I'm back... Touched down at 5.05am. Sianx. came home and slept quite straight away... couldn't sleep on the plan due to the return of my blocked nose and bad sore throat on the last day of the trip. i.e. ytd. dotx. But i wun start blogging abt my trip yet... cos photos not uploaded yet... i took 200+ photos and abt 20 videos with the digi cam... and my sis took 1000+ pictures with her pro cam... haha! And most of the photos with ppl inside are taken with her cam... mine mostly consist of only the scenery... :)
Anyway... didn't really buy anything back... basically cos we spent quite an amount of time on travelling on plane, bus and cruise... 4nights on the cruise. Thou the best in China - Yangtze 1, not the best u can get... there's nothing much on the cruise that we can do except to follow the schedule given by the cruise, i.e. to listen to the guide showing us scenery that we should look at along the three gorges along Yangtze River, and then go out to the room balcony to look at scenery and take some sea breeze on our leisure time, and also go on land for half a day every morning to visit some tourist spots and return to the cruise before lunch. There were some talks and demostrations done by artists selling their works on the cruise but some were not really interesting topics... so on our free time we either sleep, walk ard, or watch tv. Been watching the Thomas cup and Uber cup on CCTV olympics channel... it's a badminton tournament btw. Yup. that's all.. So a brief intro. Not as boring as it seems.. cos the scenery is really nice and there were some nice experience. (erm. excluding the earthquake part) Not that we experienced it... but it brings a lot of other effects... Anyway i'll talk abt it again.
Now.. let me nurse my flu first. bye.

Pre-tour
It's only less than 5 hours be4 i have to leave home for my flight at 7am to my holiday with my family except for er-jie... she will be lonely at home i think... for the next 10 days... i hope she dun miss me too much. haha!
Anyway... just to let my readers (if there's any) know that i'm not dead for the next 10days or so. I'll be away to 张家界, 长江三峡.
The madness of this trip is as mentioned above.. taking a 7am flight there... like we have to reach the airport slightly before 5am~! And why am i not sleeping yet? 2 reasons.. I'm already not used to sleeping early... and I'm having a rather bad blocked nose now, so it's not easy to get to sleep either. I dunno what's wrong but i caught a cold in this super warm weather. Sighs. Hopefully i will get better so that i can play to my fullest~
Yeah... then another mad thing is that i will reach sg ard 6-7am on 19may too... it means overnight flight again. dotx. But it also means that we are making full use of the 10days. haha. Hopefully it's an enjoyable getaway. Cos i'm seriously bored of my holidays in singapore already. lol! =x

Change of playlist
Finally decided to change my playlist! :)))
Since i'm such a tv addict nowadays... i've changed the playlist to songs from taiwan ou xiang ju(s). Hee. Firstly songs from 原来我不帅，then songs from 恶作剧2吻，then 斗牛. 要不要，1 song from 换换爱, followed by songs from 公主小妹... Very lazy to find more.. not like can finish listening while reading too. Haha! Unless stay at my blog for a long time. right? lol. Anyway the first 2 songs are like the favourite song at the moment. Haha.
That's all for the moment. HEE.

Transformation to a 宅女..
I think i've made myself a 宅女 now... (is there such a phrase? usually ppl only use on guys. i.e. 宅男) Lol. And that's the reason why i haven't been updating.
The only day i was really out in the sun to have some fun was last tues... i.e. my class outing to sentosa. And it wasn't a really sunny day and other than playing captain's ball for a while.. i didn't do much also. Just walked ard and take pictures of my classmates in action.. and played some card game. Chilled at Cafe del Mar till 9+ be4 making our way home... It was a great day i would say.
The rest of the days... other than going to sy, lunch out on some days and the trip to the travel agency on sat... i spend the rest of the time at home. either watching tv or watching shows online!! Omg. can't believe i'm living this kind of life. Thou i quite enjoyed such life. But it's rather nua lor. Plus this will result in no income for spending the coming months! how can! =x
However.. i think the 'couch potato' personality will continue for another week or so? Hmm.. that is bad. haha!!! =P Inverted commas cos i didn't really lay on a couch... Haha!!! And sometimes i sit in front of the com. I think i need to exercise soon. But these few days are hot like mad. how to go out?
So... Just finished watching 恶作剧2吻 online... Been watching on a weekly basis for the first few epis... but stopped cos of the assignments and projects.. So chionged a few epis in a day right after exams. Damn shuang. Hmm... dun really like the ending.. haha! Cos i hope the show will still continue. 20 episodes is definitely too little!!! Thou i really didn't like Ariel Lin... she made the show more interesting in a way. And I like 郑元畅! He is handsome and charming! haha! So the show is just too nice to be missed. Partly cos I wished that i can have someone like 直树 ba... The way he express is love is just so.. romantic. Although it's only in this series that he showed his love for her. not so much in the first series yea... Still. My fav show. :))) Dun mind watching it again and again. Or at least can watch a few more times. Since i already watched the first series thrice le. haha!!! =x
Then watching the last few episodes of 原来我不帅 online... How can i miss the drama with my JJ being the lead actor right!!! Haha. It might be a very crappy story.. with many incredible things happening.. But some of the stuff are realistic and as happened in our surroundings. The author likes to include interesting current affairs into the story. It's a rather funny show. 李玖哲 is damn funny in the show lah... Then again... there's only 13 episodes to it.. Maybe it's enough already. But 不知不觉 already watched till epi 11. so ending soon.
Next will be 斗牛，要不要... this one can wait a bit cos it's showing on tv now.... so if i din catch that epi on tv... then dl and watch. But the lengths quite different... so a bit ma fan. Anyway... partly also cos the show dl one got no sound. sians. and slightly longer than the JJ show. Well. obviously i'm more interested in the previous show lah. haha. But i want to watch this cos 贺军翔 is very shuai! Siyih will be very happy to see me saying this. :))) It's really a show or a stubborn girl meeting a stubborn guy. They produced quite a bit of fireworks. Woohoo! So watch!!! :)
Ok.. that's online. BUT how can i forget my tv!! Bosco Wong 黄宗泽 and Kevin Cheng 郑嘉颖 are on 8pm show 强剑... Bosco a bit naive... but very courageous and helpful. Kevin a bit cool... but is always calm and steady. Dunno who will bosco end up with. hmm... Continue to watch lor... Last 2 weeks didn't manage to watch during the weekday... have to wake up earlier on weekends to catch 5 epis tgt. haha!
Then 9pm show... this week last 5 epis already. Very nice show too... 突围行动... A whole show of schemes and whatever-not. I think the most real or scheme-less roles are Xiang Qing and RiLang. And maybe RiJin.. And the most foxie person... is really the damn father. tsk tsk tsk. But.. all these made the show worth watching... and keeps making ppl guess what will happen next and very eager to know what's the ending like. Same to me! hahaha.
If u think that's all i watch. you might be wrong. These are just the more core shows and routine ones. others include 康熙来了，麻辣天后宫，星光大道，快乐星期天... blah blah blah... I'm officially a tv addict during my holidays. Becos this is like the exact situation the last long long break last year. lol!

Dedicated to AgKOH.
Of cos.. i promised my best friend that i will write something for her and i hope she will read this.. even thou it's exam period... :)
Well... I can totally believe that i'm doing this for her... but seriously i have no idea where to begin with... But i rmb-ed celebrating her bday every year since sec 3. The first year i was in the same class as these ppl... We planned a surprise for her that year at the void deck of a block near our school.. had someone to go get the cake while we were rehearsing for some presentation in school.. then insisted on walking that direction to bring her there.. can't really rmb what excuse we used le... But anyway i thought that was a rather nice idea. :)
Then sec 4... we celebrated for her at her ah ma's house. thou there were only 6 of us including her... i think we had fun too. playing jenga. haha! I rmb the cake was made by my mother's friend.. can't really rmb why there were only so few of us and can't really rmb why we went there to celebrate. but anyways... we still had fun after all. :)
05.. We already had the cogang formed by then... and we celebrated her bday by going to the Settler's Cafe.. the 10 of us played like the whole aftn there.. Of cos.. can't rmb what games we played then... only rmb taboo.. and some farm game. lol!
06... i rmb we celebrated it on a public hol... which i worked while some of them went to sentosa... and then met at suntec for dinner.. Very nice of them to wait till i finish work. Hee. (I rmb it was an extremely busy day at work!!!) Ok. Dined at this ramen place - 别府... it's still there now. walked ard the fountain for the first time.. kinda played with the water. =x Then went to the area above the fountain to cut her cake from four leaves. if i'm not wrong... melody went to buy it with her. Sat down there and chatted for some while be4 moving to get ourselves home. it was a lovely night.
07.. which was last year... there were only 7 of us including her... reason being the others are busy studying or working. Nonetheless... i think she enjoyed cos she didn't receive any presents on that day. haha! Anyway... after dining at Miss Clarity Cafe at bugis and then to the same place as the year be4 again! haha! And it was still four leaves cake! haha! She likes. And i think both times were the same ones. Too bad no pictures for the 06 one... not sure why. hmm.
And then this year!!! So grateful to her and her mother for preparing so much food for us... I was really bloated that night. haha! With all the yummies... Steamboat, chocolate fondue and chocolate cake. omg. But it's a good thing that she celebrated. I love the time we spend together.. sitting ard table.. eating and talking and perhaps making fun at someone. hee.
She's the person whom i probably spent most of my time out with for the past few years... Want to watch movie: find her. Want to go shopping: find her. Go swimming: find her. Study: find her. Every where and every thing. MCO, SYCO and now even work. (although i think i'm unemployed already). Thou we do not share much of our secrets (or maybe i'm the one not sharing). But i'm glad we have non-stop stuff to talk abt already.
She stated in her own blog that she should make very careful decisions from now on since she's not a minor anymore. I couldn't help agreeing. It's not that she always makes the wrong decisions... just that.. she needs to think more thoroughly than to act on impulse. The outcome might not be bad. but she's always regretting her decisions. I dunno why. So.. my advice is. Yes. U make careful considerations be4 doing it. But once you made it, go all out to do it cos there's not path of return. 人总是要向前看的. I rmb telling her last year during her bday that i hope she will have less unhappiness and complaints. haha. Of cos i think the complaints part didn't really come true lah. lol. But this year... I will hope for the same thing again. So that she will be a happier person.
Actually... Sometimes it's hard to say out how i feel abt some matters, even when i think u might be wrong in your thinkings. But i know i have no rights to change it and not that i really can do it cos you can be rather stubborn at times.. (and you know that). So these are my words for you. 凡事都不要看得太重，要多方面的思考，有时候遇到的事，不一定是不好的。不要为了一点小事就动怒，这样很快老的！要放开胸怀，这样人生才会更快乐！OK? Yeah. Sylvia, i hope you see this lah. (actually i'm sure you will lah. haha) So this year, Wish you all the best in your studies especially. And hope you finds the Mr. Right who will be listening to you nag and complain instead. Haha! Jk abt the nagging part. I will still listen to u lah! dun worry. :)))
Friends are always friends.... not to say good friends and best friends... (sound so cliche). haha~!! So please... got swimming soon. Although the day u end ur exam is the day i'm flying off!!! haix.

We planned a surprise for her that year at the void deck of a block near our school.. had someone to go get the cake while we were rehearsing for some presentation in school.. then insisted on walking that direction to bring her there.. can't really rmb what excuse we used le... But anyway i thought that was a rather nice idea. :)
Then sec 4... we celebrated for her at her ah ma's house. thou there were only 6 of us including her... i think we had fun too. playing jenga. haha! I rmb the cake was made by my mother's friend.. can't really rmb why there were only so few of us and can't really rmb why we went there to celebrate. but anyways... we still had fun after all. :)
05.. We already had the cogang formed by then... and we celebrated her bday by going to the Settler's Cafe.. the 10 of us played like the whole aftn there.. Of cos.. can't rmb what games we played then... only rmb taboo.. and some farm game. lol!
06... i rmb we celebrated it on a public hol... which i worked while some of them went to sentosa... and then met at suntec for dinner.. Very nice of them to wait till i finish work. Hee. (I rmb it was an extremely busy day at work!!!) Ok. Dined at this ramen place - 别府... it's still there now. walked ard the fountain for the first time.. kinda played with the water. =x Then went to the area above the fountain to cut her cake from four leaves. if i'm not wrong... melody went to buy it with her. Sat down there and chatted for some while be4 moving to get ourselves home. it was a lovely night.
07.. which was last year... there were only 7 of us including her... reason being the others are busy studying or working. Nonetheless... i think she enjoyed cos she didn't receive any presents on that day. haha! Anyway... after dining at Miss Clarity Cafe at bugis and then to the same place as the year be4 again! haha! And it was still four leaves cake! haha! She likes. And i think both times were the same ones. Too bad no pictures for the 06 one... not sure why. hmm.
And then this year!!! So grateful to her and her mother for preparing so much food for us... I was really bloated that night. haha! With all the yummies... Steamboat, chocolate fondue and chocolate cake. omg. But it's a good thing that she celebrated. I love the time we spend together.. sitting ard table.. eating and talking and perhaps making fun at someone. hee.
She's the person whom i probably spent most of my time out with for the past few years... Want to watch movie: find her. Want to go shopping: find her. Go swimming: find her. Study: find her. Every where and every thing. MCO, SYCO and now even work. (although i think i'm unemployed already). Thou we do not share much of our secrets (or maybe i'm the one not sharing). But i'm glad we have non-stop stuff to talk abt already.
She stated in her own blog that she should make very careful decisions from now on since she's not a minor anymore. I couldn't help agreeing. It's not that she always makes the wrong decisions... just that.. she needs to think more thoroughly than to act on impulse. The outcome might not be bad. but she's always regretting her decisions. I dunno why. So.. my advice is. Yes. U make careful considerations be4 doing it. But once you made it, go all out to do it cos there's not path of return. 人总是要向前看的. I rmb telling her last year during her bday that i hope she will have less unhappiness and complaints. haha. Of cos i think the complaints part didn't really come true lah. lol. But this year... I will hope for the same thing again. So that she will be a happier person.
Actually... Sometimes it's hard to say out how i feel abt some matters, even when i think u might be wrong in your thinkings. But i know i have no rights to change it and not that i really can do it cos you can be rather stubborn at times.. (and you know that). So these are my words for you. 凡事都不要看得太重，要多方面的思考，有时候遇到的事，不一定是不好的。不要为了一点小事就动怒，这样很快老的！要放开胸怀，这样人生才会更快乐！OK? Yeah. Sylvia, i hope you see this lah. (actually i'm sure you will lah. haha) So this year, Wish you all the best in your studies especially. And hope you finds the Mr. Right who will be listening to you nag and complain instead. Haha! Jk abt the nagging part. I will still listen to u lah! dun worry. :)))
Friends are always friends.... not to say good friends and best friends... (sound so cliche). haha~!! So please... got swimming soon. Although the day u end ur exam is the day i'm flying off!!! haix.

Dedicated to Jon
I can't believe that i'm writing a post for this person. haha! (pls be honoured ok) But actually i think he wun know abt this. hahaha!
Ytd was at his house for his 21st. The 2nd time to his house.. and both times was to celebrate his bday and both times on the same date and same day of the week. just that different year. lol! And the last time was 5 years ago!!! It's one year after i know him i think. OMG. Actually i can't really believe that i know him for so long already. (afterall, i only know my cogang ppl for 8years now only)
I think if i weren't in NY... i wun be there ytd as well... this guy just has too many friends. haha. so emm and ying and i really have to self entertain and talk to the other ppl. lol. but surprisingly.. we were one of the last ppl to leave the place. So after most of the ppl left... he finally came to talk to us.. haha! Talked for a while be4 we left to catch our buses..
Oh.. i think i digressed a bit. haha. Speaking abt him again... Erm.. actually i dunno what i could say abt him now.. or rather.. i think i dunno him that much anymore. Just that every time we meet... there's lots of things to talk and joke about. The familiarity is there i think.
Thinking of the times from we know each other till now.. he's been so far like a brother to me.. thou sometimes a bit irritating. but he's been helpful and always ready to listen to me, my problems.. esp. in the stressful days. Thou we kind of become not that close during the jc years... (a bit ironic)... cos of some stuff... i think i was too stressed up in jc. haha! but i'm glad we're still friends after all. Because he's really a good person to complain to. haha!
I think the reason why we are quite close was that we actually went through a lot tgt. the camp, the syf period, the o levels, the unlucky cc period, the 2nd intake, the synergy period, another syf, and so much more. It's just hard to describe.. and everything has become so neutral. And everything that happened seems like a dream. haha! Afterall, he's one of the people in one of my dearest groups.
Haha. After so much. i think most reading would have known who he is... although i dun really mention him to newer friends anymore. lol.
So Dear Jonathan, Wish you Happy 21st Birthday again! Erm.. hopefully you will do well in your studies coming aug in ntu.. and you will continue to hua-yue (dun waste your talent).. and your wishes can come true... and you can get someone who can control you. lol! And... GROW UP brother! (Although you are VERY big already). =x Ok. i wish he wun see this. lol. :)

Last day of Year 2
I know i haven't been blogging for quite a no. of days.... cos i've been really busy thou sometimes not on the tasks. =x But dun worry. I'm still alive! :)))
Of cos.. after submitting all the assignments and finishing the presentations... i'm more or less free from school for some time! not totally free yet cos still have a report to hand in... But that can be done. :)
Well.. last day of school... feel quite sad actually... esp. when u know that most of ur classmates are already not planning to stay for year 3... And some of them are the closer ones. Imagine how to survive my year 3 without the nonsense of these ppl. Hmm...
For these 2 years.. i think i really learn a lot from my classmates... and i think we have done a lot of work tgt. esp. caiwen.. we done like 8 projects tgt! a pity not having chance to work with everyone... but most of us do not want to step out of our comfort zone also lah. Well.. time to say this.. cos the happiest thing that happened this year/sem is that my group was praised for a good proposal. It was an unexpected comment from that lecturer and we were all relieved to hear that! And it was really a wonderful time working with these girls. :)
Ytd a classmate told me something that i nv expect to be told as well. I was actually very touched and I really hoped i have spent more time with my classmates outside school. All right... it's not like we can't meet outside school... but it will be different. It will be.
Then start thinking the days we moved into this new building... I really will miss the times we go rochor tau huay, the times we go bugis street to shop after class, the times we eat at HotSpot, the times we stayed at mac to do our work, the times we spent in the cosy theatre last sem, the times we walk out of school to the bus stop/mrt tgt. All the time. I will really miss these classmates who are not continuing for the degree. I very well say that I will stay for degree becos it's also what was expected of me.
Well.. maybe this will make me treasure my classmates more in level 3. Becos there's only so few of us left.. (i dunno how many.. but perhaps just half the full class).. So we should be closer and hang out more often yea. :))) Of cos not forgetting those who are leaving. we will still have some class outings yea. haha!
Regrets for the 2 years... i would say... didn't have much chance to consult and speak to my lecturers, didn't really know all my classmates well, not an event was without absentees and thus we do not have a full class photo be4 (not even today cos some left early), I haven't really been involved in what my classmates did... WOMAD, Arts Fest, Mosiac, even Sun Fest.. i dun really feel that i was in it. Then.. as mentioned, didn't work with every single one be4. And lastly... nv ever finished my assignments way be4 the deadline. lol.
But i would really like a trip with the closest friends ard... I hope we do have a graduation trip.. anywhere out of the country would be good! :)
Hmm.. raining now.. it means good time to go sleep. :))) FINALLY can sleep with ease. HEE.

Choosing!!! - 2
Ok... i've decided on the choice. Actually it's not costa sands that my sis was talking about. it's the Pasir Ris bungalow... those that are along the way to pasir ris park! So they are very huge!!!
There are like 1 master room and 3 other rooms. Just like a bungalow that ppl lives in. SO. I've decided to give it a go. Since it's more accessible, can go pasir ris if nothing to do. Can ask ppl come bbq. Only thing is that. no more swimming. bleah.
Ok lah... just putting as first choice. whether will get or not. we'll see. if not.. there's still nsrcc yea. :) So.. no matter what. just prepare urself for 14th june. :)))
A Reply to The Reply.
Yes, I was being sarcastic. But i nv regretted working with them. I'm not trying to spoil friendships or whatever. In fact i enjoy being friends with anyone who does not mind being friend with me. And i guess that is why when we come to do serious work.. I might have higher expectations of them. Becos we are friends!
I do not deny that I feel i was being rude in that post too. but i think it's the emotion of that point of time. And i do not deny that my friend was correct in the reply to me too (a reply that none of u saw lah). And i dun think anyone of u want to see it cos it's really long. I admire him for that... like in the middle of all our assignments. And he read on although it's stated that 'it will not be nice for the ears'. But i stress that not every part of it is what i think as well. I've nv thought that anyone is incompetence in anything becos i'm not good in everything myself. In fact, there's very little i could do as compared to the rest. And i think that they have helped me more that i helped them.
Maybe i was wrong in using 'flare up'. I think it's just expressing myself. I have problem telling ppl how i feel. whether good or bad. I didn't mean i WANT to shout at them or whatever, but even i'm simply unhappy, i didn't have the courage to just say it out. and this is my own problem and it hasn't got to do with anybody or anything. It's just me. My character from long time ago.
After all, the project went really well and i think everyone is happy about it. (At least i'm happy abt it) Something about the workshop then. There were actually a no. of challenges that we faced during the whole process there. Not enough this, not enough that. DVD cannot be played on the laptop. But the teacher was extremely helpful in trying to get us all the stuff we need. And way before the class started. We were all ready. (ok. except for our presentator busy going thru the slides) I think we were all very worried that it wouldn't work out well. For me, even when the class stroll in, I wasn't having much confidence. However, when the workshop started, everything started to get in place and the students were getting into the situation. I think the artist really helps in this aspect. That's what we call, professionals. If it's like last year. We'd most probably freaked out.
Anyway... There were challenges during the workshop itself. Of cos things dun always turn out to what was planned. Some of them do not really know what to draw and how to draw it. And some just didn't listen carefully to the instructions, so kind of played their own 'game rules'. But that doesn't really matter cos i feel that they were having fun. So although we prepared some challenges for the students... due to time constrain.. we weren't able to let them do it all. But the outcome was still good. They completed the activity with what we expect them to produce. And the presentation of the linking up of the whole story created lots of laughter. I can't help laughing also even thou i'm taking videos of it. :) I think it's a pleasure to do something like this.
Anyway. I think we should sit down and review on the project, and prepare our presentation and report. I'm kinda halfway thru the collating of the feedback and will soon be ready.

Each bungalow is double-storey and fully air-conditioned. All bungalows are equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pantry, spacious living and dining areas, karaoke VCD player, StarHub Cable TV and a barbeque pit.
CostaSands Pasir Ris (not the downtown east one) And it's the one qin booking i think.
DUPLEX CHALET

1 bedroom, upper floor, air-conditioned

Actually i think NSRCC is better.. but it is seriously less accessible... the thing is cos NSRCC is like fully air-conditioned.. so i'm not afraid of having more ppl.. whereas CostaSands is only fan-ed for the ground floor which i will be using mostly for the celebration...
THEN. i think that StarHub Cable TV is really a very attractive component for nsrcc. Haha!!! I think some will agree. =P And then for both right.. i think they have their official caterer.. so die also must cater from them.
So ya... any views that which one should be the priority? Pls keep in mind that it will be an afternoon event. yupx.

RANTINGS AHEAD
WARNING!: the situation below is not nice for the ears. just go to another page to feel happy. OK!
I couldn't use words to describe how pissed i was today. I gave up my visiting trip to ny becos our meeting has shifted timing again and again... And in the end i thought it was pointless to go down anymore. What happened in the end? I went to bugis to develop some photos due to unforseen circumstances and reached school already 15min late (knowing my classmates)... NOT THAT WELL if u read on... Great.. no one is there yet. I msged 2 of them. 1 said reaching soon. Fine. and i waited for 40min be4 that person appeared. The other then just replied and said reaching in 15min. And asked if want to go for lunch tgt. HELLO!? I thought meeting was supposed to start 1h ago!!! What is that person talking about? Then I was told that it was a last min decision that the meeting wouldn't start early anymore. Can someone tell me wth is this? So fine. this person went for lunch with the SO... and the 2 of us who were there already waited in a room. for another freaking 40min. I WASTED ONE AND HALF HOUR DOING NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL.
The artist actually reached school on time.... and i would feel very embarrass becos we have to make him wait for our members to reach in order to start. And that member of ours was still having lunch.
Where has all the considerations gone? Not that i think they have them in the first place. The strange thing is i didn't flare up. Maybe becos it isn't the first time. The other day 3 other grp mates agreed to come for morning class and have out meeting after that. And i think one guess and you can get it correct. NONE of them turned up in class. OH well. they came after class ended tgt with the other grp mate who usually attends the aftn class. Well... in the end we still didn't have the meeting cos the big savior grp mate has done something very helpful to a stranger. I mean i dun really blame that person for not coming. But earlier when i saw that none of them were in class. i proposed that we meet the next day. And that person didn't want to. Then after we know that that person was held up by something... we proposed the idea again. and still didn't want to! I dunno what's wrong lah.
I seriously feel that i have problem handling my anger. I think they are kept within me for too long a time. I kept thinking of the words to say but they nv came out of my mouth. I kept thinking of my feelings towards what happened but i nv let them be known to others. Perhaps it's becos i still regard them as friend and i really dun wish to make any situation very tense. Actually i think that i didn't have the courage to flare up. I just sounded VERY bo-chap and unenthu the rest of the meeting. I so wanted to leave school after that long wait. It was really pointless.. At the end of the day. 2 of us didn't turn up. One due to work and the other i dunno what sudden illness.
This whole thing is so ridiculous and i really hope that this project will end faster! Feeling so tired of working with the same ppl already. They are good, they do their work, sometimes i feel that i'm the one not doing enough. But where's the attitude? like reaching soon = at least another 30min? When i say reaching soon. i meant 5 to 10min!! Ironically, i was chatting with that person over a few things while waiting for the whole session to start. And i didn't complain AT ALL about this whole thing.
And guess what? The meeting didn't really go as planned! We didn't have a dry run after all. This is so terrible... after so many meetings.. it seems like we haven't even get the whole thing right. Becos the more we say... the more we have to re-think and re-discuss. Which is what i dun think is right. Actually i didn't even want to contribute anything serious today. I just wanted to listen.. and whatever they say.. that's it. HOWEVER, since there were only 3 ppl. plus the artist 4... i didn't have the chance to act dumb.
Forget it lah huh. afterall... i might not see them again after these 2 weeks. But if u think again. if they treasure the time we were tgt.. then they wun make me wait SO LONG and not feel VERY sorry for it.
I couldn't use words to describe how pissed i was today. I gave up my visiting trip to ny becos our meeting has shifted timing again and again... And in the end i thought it was pointless to go down anymore. What happened in the end? I went to bugis to develop some photos due to unforseen circumstances and reached school already 15min late (knowing my classmates)... NOT THAT WELL if u read on... Great.. no one is there yet. I msged 2 of them. 1 said reaching soon. Fine. and i waited for 40min be4 that person appeared. The other then just replied and said reaching in 15min. And asked if want to go for lunch tgt. HELLO!? I thought meeting was supposed to start 1h ago!!! What is that person talking about? Then I was told that it was a last min decision that the meeting wouldn't start early anymore. Can someone tell me wth is this? So fine. this person went for lunch with the SO... and the 2 of us who were there already waited in a room. for another freaking 40min. I WASTED ONE AND HALF HOUR DOING NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL.
The artist actually reached school on time.... and i would feel very embarrass becos we have to make him wait for our members to reach in order to start. And that member of ours was still having lunch.
Where has all the considerations gone? Not that i think they have them in the first place. The strange thing is i didn't flare up. Maybe becos it isn't the first time. The other day 3 other grp mates agreed to come for morning class and have out meeting after that. And i think one guess and you can get it correct. NONE of them turned up in class. OH well. they came after class ended tgt with the other grp mate who usually attends the aftn class. Well... in the end we still didn't have the meeting cos the big savior grp mate has done something very helpful to a stranger. I mean i dun really blame that person for not coming. But earlier when i saw that none of them were in class. i proposed that we meet the next day. And that person didn't want to. Then after we know that that person was held up by something... we proposed the idea again. and still didn't want to! I dunno what's wrong lah.
I seriously feel that i have problem handling my anger. I think they are kept within me for too long a time. I kept thinking of the words to say but they nv came out of my mouth. I kept thinking of my feelings towards what happened but i nv let them be known to others. Perhaps it's becos i still regard them as friend and i really dun wish to make any situation very tense. Actually i think that i didn't have the courage to flare up. I just sounded VERY bo-chap and unenthu the rest of the meeting. I so wanted to leave school after that long wait. It was really pointless.. At the end of the day. 2 of us didn't turn up. One due to work and the other i dunno what sudden illness.
This whole thing is so ridiculous and i really hope that this project will end faster! Feeling so tired of working with the same ppl already. They are good, they do their work, sometimes i feel that i'm the one not doing enough. But where's the attitude? like reaching soon = at least another 30min? When i say reaching soon. i meant 5 to 10min!! Ironically, i was chatting with that person over a few things while waiting for the whole session to start. And i didn't complain AT ALL about this whole thing.
And guess what? The meeting didn't really go as planned! We didn't have a dry run after all. This is so terrible... after so many meetings.. it seems like we haven't even get the whole thing right.
