Due to popular demand... i shall talk about sch today...
Seriously.. after like 7 months without a school.. it sometimes feel weird... as there were quite a no. of ppl that came from foundation class last year.. they are quite familiar with the things and could help us along lah... but it's also quite difficult to join them becos they already knew each other for a year... anyway.. it's pleasant meeting new classmates... for the next 3 years i supposed.. and i'm more than happy to know that there are nanyang students here in my class too... and 2 of them somemore..! but of cos i didn't know them until today lah...
Ya... so first day of lessons... starting to get into the situation... first lesson was actually history of performing arts -- music... history... yes.. sounds boring to me... but today was just introductory to music.. as in different kind of music... and the indian song the lecturer joyce let us listen reminds me of the NUSCO concert totally... haha... But on the first touch.. it was actually quite interesting... but maybe when it goes into depth in the future weeks.. i dunno.. who knows?? HAha..
Then after lunch was critical writing class... it's a alternate week class from next week onwards.. so.. it means early dismissal on alternate tues!! haha... anyway i think i've learnt not to fall asleep during classes! hopefully it continues for the rest of my course... =x
Anyway after class... went to parkway.. wanted to go popular to get some things... using the voucher... but little did i know that the voucher is not valid YET... it means i'm early... so heng haven ask... and i realised the date lah.. haha.. so blur right.. so i came back empty-handed.... but finally bought the tix to the violin & erhu concert (SCO)... sis promised to go with me.. =))
I got a surprise in my email!! I received an email saying i won a pair of tickets to 'Ballet Under the Stars' for this fri!! :))) Wow... at first i was still wondering since when did i join any draws or whatever.. until i told er-jie about it and she enlightened me.. haha.. it's from the last year performance... er-jie put in 2 draw tickets... one hers and one mine... erm.. i was reluctant to do it at first cos we didn't buy any tix in last year... and she insisted lah.. so ok lor.. who knows.. i won! Haha.. Such a pleasant surprise.. so we are going to 'Ballet Under the Stars' once again!! Yeah..~ =))
Basically that's all... anyway melody is back and i'm going out with her tmr!! HAha... tmr no lessons mah... rmb?~! Yupx... think i got to do some readings first in the morning... the course kit is like.. thick!!! ok.. bye..~!
