Went cycling with er-jie this morning... A fulfilling trip i think. Third time (only) taking the route from ECP (mac area) to end of Changi Beach (park) and back.
Took the higher bike... Really easier to handle.. Just that legs cannot touch the floor. So have to keep on going. Which is good in a way. Anyway there wasn't many ppl on a weekday so it's fine. No crowd = good = faster. But the whole trip is super tiring plus the sun was really strong today. And i actually wanted to give up somewhere along the way there and tell my sis that we will not go the whole route today. But i didn't. Still carried on and got myself all the way back. In the end i got myself tan lines. hands and legs. -.-
Ya... Dunno is too long nv cycle or simply too long nv exercise. haha! Haven't been exercising much in feb. BAD. Like last week went to gym, omg one of the tracks made my thighs ache like dunno what. And arms are aching too! But arms i was thinking it's a combi of Wii and the workout. hahaha! More Wii over the weekend and i should gym next week. haha!
Anyway might be going again next week before the actual event... anyone wants to come?
