I think I never failed to post about CNY every year, so this year will not be spared as well. This year was a bit tough because first 2 days were Monday and Tuesday. So the weekend before it was kind of wasted because it wasn't new year yet.
But this is quite a special year for us as we had relatives coming over on 21st, 22nd and 23rd. HAHA! 21st was lunch after paying respect to our ancestors at the temple. Ever since we don't have a common house, we have been roving around a few houses after the session at the temple. And so, we lost our usual reunion dinner place as well. So from last year, reunion dinner is at my place. But it's kind of not everyone is here anymore. Still, we had a good time with the families. And we had kind of a reunion dinner on 21st already, just my family.
And this year, the only different part is that Erjie is no-longer just a 'Lim'. She's also a 'Wong' now. So she wouldn't be with us all the time. I miss her! And so, Dajie and I made our way to 三舅's house and then we went to 大舅母's house together. And my cousin asked if they will see my Erjie because this is the first year they are going to receive angbao from her. And commented that it's kind of different without her around. Eeyer, want the angbao then say lor. HAHA!
So back to my place, sit and talk and eat. Forgot that we should use the time to take photos. haha! And didn't have the time and energy for Wii also. In the end Erjie came with Bro-in-law to 三叔公's house. Yay! And joined us for the rest of the day.
Should have tested my luck that day. But I'm too scared of losing. Totally don't like the anxiety of gambling. So I didn't play at all. But I still gained a Magnum from it! hahaha!
At night was as usual the Lim Family visiting our place. Truly speaking I was totally tired at 10+pm already. Still, tahan-ed till all the guests left.
2nd day is again as usual, go to the temple for my grandma's death anni, then travel around, really nothing much, except for all the little conversation I've made? I think I did. haha!
3rd day! Boss gave holiday. Hohoho. So no need to wake up early, had another day to slack and regain energy. Very important you know, because CNY is so tiring. Da-jie also on leave, so it was good food for lunch. Hee. :)
And so back to work, and then.... visiting on the weekends again!
The first sat, to 团拜 with NUSCO peeps. Long time since I met them. Steamboat at Kevin house, and then to Andrew's place. Meet-ups with this group are usually associated with games (cards or console). This year we had a new game - Dixit. Quite fun! Got to be imaginative, creative and a little scheming to win. Haha! But quite a interesting concept and nice drawings on all the cards. So impressed. And the usual 三国杀! We have quite a few experts there lah!
Sunday was with family again, supposed to be with SYCO ppl too, but planning was so bad and since they don't really care if I was there, then be it lor. So I was with family to 3rd Uncle's place for lunch, which is really good! :) Then to 8th Uncle's house and to 7th Uncle's house. By then, it was nearly evening! In the end, we decided to watch 'We Not Naughty' that night, and I went to Laoshi's house with Via before the movie. It was a short one, but at least we did. haha!
Last but not least the last weekend. Sat was a totally busy day at work for our season launch. And dinner at night with the Royals. Nice dinner at Hua Yew Yuan although the place was a bit noisy. It was full the whole night. How amazing.
Sunday was a day out with Beloveds. Accomplished quite a lot I feel. Had a good steamboat for dinner at Dj's place too! Thank all the mummys for cooking/preparing the nice desserts for us! We had desserts from morning till night (before the steamboat). LOL! :)
I hope every new year will be as good, or, even better! :D

CNY 2011 - Rabbit comes back again
It's been really an awesome cny. I haven't had such a good one for a long time. I had always thought that cny is just a reason for relatives to ask a lot of qns. well, probably still is, haha. But i dun feel it so much now. :)
And the best thing of all is, it's the first time i really felt damn happy with all my cousins and that i want to appear at every place we are going to. (i used to dread it so much) Usually i'm more close to the maternal side cousins, i think cos age gap closer (actually both side abt there). And i used to think i can't click with my paternal side cousins at all. But i was so surprised i managed to survive even without er-jie. Well, i used to be more comfortable with my sis ard cos she's the talkative one who will be talking with the cousins while i stay at the side. So when she's not ard, i usually just have to stay away. So i dunno what have gone into my social skills this year. I managed! hahaha. :D
And we had so much fun taking photos lah. Thanks to er-jie's new cam and my polaroid. hahaha. And surprised that 2 of the cousins working overseas came back for cny. That leaves only 1 cousin not ard this year. And that cousin is pregnant! Heard the baby girl is due in may. Our first next generation in the whole Lim family. And she's going to be a rabbit girl :))) Nice max.
In the midst of celebration was a farewell for zixin. She left so fast! But i'm seriously happy for what she's going to be! Wish her all well in adapting over there and get good results! And i wanna see her soon. :)
Am so glad that i've met most of the ppl i wished to meet during cny. having 4 days does make a difference. but it's really tiring for sure. Family most of the time, sy, mco and most impt, my beloved cogang. We were each other's for the whole day and practically went to all homes of those who went. that's 8 houses! Tired ttm but I love each and every one of them ttm too. I hope the coming weekend is good too! :D
I want to meet my fav ppl again. I want to see JJ this week! :D

CNY 2010
Actually i'm tired.. but i want to wait for the dslr batt to be charged. :( So update a bit.
CNY has been so far so good. Actually better than i expected. Still in the midst of collecting angbao process... but counted whatever i have already. HAHA! Still not bad. I'm not going to say it here in case anyone robs me. lol!
Didn't do anything crazy but yup. at least not as bad as i thought it would be. haha! More visiting to come. Another one tmr.. To my parents' friend house. More angbaos. I like. Moral of the story: u can't decide how many relatives you have, so ask your parents to get more friends and visit them. =P
Everyone's been really nice to wish me a good job when they gave me angbao! I'm happy. Hee. And i hope it works. But i've been lazy these 2 weeks and didn't send any resume. So yup. I will start sending again this week. Heh.
Other than my issue, everyone's been telling er-jie that this is the last year she will be getting and wanzhen jiejie told her that her turn will come in bao-ing and angbaos and start having headaches as to who she have given or not. But in the end, she's getting married next year instead of this year, only ROM this year. So she will still be getting next year. But come to think of it now, ROM is considered married right? LOL. so confusing.

In preparation for cny
It's already 2h36min into CNY eve. haha. Are u not excited? Ok. Actually i'm not really excited. I hope things are going to be good this new year... Since i'm all prepared for new year. I'm so prepared that i have excess of new clothes to wear and can't decide which to wear for what day. haha! First time.
For at least the past few years... cny was quite last min shopping. and till even i could be still looking for shoes or clothes or whatever. But this year like 1 month before cny i'm all prepared, clothes, shoes, even bag! And hair too. hahah! Way before ya. =)
First time try to dye my hair too... sis bought the foam one to try... She very enthu want to help me dye, so good lor. hahah! And below is the outcome.. on first day! :D I think now the colour even more obvious liao.
Anyways... i dunno... but i think i've got to prepare myself mentally and physically for whatever is coming to me. I really do prefer the maternal side cos they focus on more fun and interaction rather than boring life topic. With them it's always the laugh-it-out sessions with nonsense and all. But the other side is like. I dunno but i just can never blend into them. Dun ask me why. I dun think i'm not an anti-social person. Just that you know. to some people it's just hard. I dunno if it's really my problem or what. But ya... Every year i wish for the better and it's always the same. Well. whatever it is then. :D
Just have to 见招拆招. Wish me luck!

CNY in a week
Wah.. can someone tell me why time passes so fast? It's already into the 2nd week of Feb.. and it's going to be CNY next week!!! OMG.
I'm only half looking forward to it... I totally can foresee what is going to happen during CNY. Every single relative is going to start asking abt my life now. and i totally hate to repeat everything over and over again. And someone just struck me dumb and deaf? I hate CNY when it's during any turning point of my life. Give me a break ppl. Give me the space and attention in another way please. I'm sure i can be better than this.
Or why not just make everyone dumb? I dunno but maybe that's a good idea. HAHA.

Weekend update
A relief that i handed in the first draft already. BUT a bit worried also lah.. cos i didn't think i do well for it. =x Not enough information for the milestone part. Haix!! But nvm.. still got second draft and final submission! Jia you ba. Next draft in slightly more than 1 month. tsk tsk.
Anyway.. what's more impt is i have a presentation coming THURS! And i haven't prepared ANYTHING yet. I think what is wrong with singaporean students is that we are so used to having a fixed template to do everything.. guidelines to tell you what to do and where to focus on... when we get this kinda free-to-do-anything assignment.. it's a true headache. Ok. i have to do this for my arts policy lesson. supposed to link the performance/art/presentation/whatever-you-do to arts and culture, economics, politics or technology in singapore's context. And must combine 2 or more! Omg. Tell me what to do!!
On a lighter note.... IBL was rather relaxing! This week supervisor is back... so more on task and at least i asked what else is there for me to do. :) YEAH! I love this. but sometimes i really dun dare to ask sia. But maybe it will get better. And they are really really nice ppl. At least they didn't disregard me just becos i'm an intern. And they keep joking with ppl ard. how cool. At least the office is not like dead kinda. And I get to join them for the new year lunch privately planned. within the office lah.. everyone enjoyed. And in the end they didn't want the students to pay so much. so i have a very nice and free lunch. :))) And also gave me like 2 school shirts... thou outdated but still cool! Hee. And that's like end of week 3. Glad to hear that they want me to design another 2 posters!! :)
Today (fri) was quite all right... just did some work (thesis draft) and tv. and slept most of the time. So tired that i let my phone snooze for like god-knows-how-long. But i think REALLY long. haha! Every 5min for at least one and half hours before i turn it off and continue sleeping. how great! And then meet some syco peeps for dinner at TM and went to jiawei's house for mj. Yeah!! I won some money! hee. Almost the sole winner. 1 table play money.. the other table play for fun. haha. Happy cos i seldom win when i really gamble. hee. Left like slightly before 11.30pm. came home and send the draft. task done! :)
Tmr Or rather... Later! my cousin (Wanzhen jiejie) will be holding her wedding banquet! :) Immediate cousin that is... Finally another cousin got married. They actually lived in England lah. come back for this wedding lunch only... She's a gynae and i think her husband also doctor lah. must be freaking rich. Finally my 4th uncle has his 2 daughters married.. the first family who has children married. they are like the 2nd and 3rd eldest in the lim side... (my da-jie's the eldest, and not married yet). Oh. Wanzhen-jie is the elder of the 2. Really pretty and smart. Both of them are smart. (if only i know why the rest of them family are like so far behind them). Oh wells. Have to go sleep le anyway.. nights! :))

CNY 2009 part 2
I haven't update for a week again. hee. BUSY!!!! i mean seriously...
At work plus school for the 3 days following the CNY PH. Where got time? Then still have to go for new year visiting the weekends. chiong-ed to my san-yi's house on fri after school lor. then sat go to uncle's house and to horng's house at night. Wii-ed and murderer-ed. We stayed till like 2am. haha. Cabbed home with dj, via and sushi... at least i get my fair share of sleep before going out the next day...
Uncle Yeo's place on sun. i were there for like about 10h!!! omg. Lunch-ed, Wii-ed a bit. but not many kids around. so nv play much. then mahjong-ed with mum and friends. haha. Play small small... but quite fun. Lost money. -.- Mostly dad's money. lol. But i help him win during blackjack wor. Blackjack for his last round as banker. good returns. hee. By the time we finished 2nd 东南西北, it's like 8+ liao. =x Everyone already had their dinner. haha! so eat eat.. talk talk a while. We came back in uncle yeo's new Lexus. omg. cool car.
Ytd was a good day. Get to nap in the afternoon. (that's after i finish the 25 random things in fb) HEE! Went to nus cfa in the morning to talk to mr lum. nice person to talk to.. :) Helpful too. And went to swim in the evening... good workout. cny eat too much le. lol!
Time to get back to work. It's work in school later again. today half-day so can sleep till later. :) BYE!

CNY 2009 part 1
After 2 full days... i dun really have much energy left... and tmr is work day!!! haix. A bit anticipate... a bit dun feel like going... hahaha! But i'm not that type of person who excuse myself from work cos of reasons like this lah. :)
Anyways... CNY was rather nice... i think i was especially tired this year cos of all the hectic 'exercises' on first day... Wii is really the best entertainment ard... and fits ppl of all ages... i guarantee... haha. It was Wii at my place the whole time the relatives were here. lol.
Morning batch of ppl from mother side are more sporty and enthu and noisy... almost everyone joined in the fun and make a lot of noise... more crazy i would say.. they were joking that we should all stay here to continue the fun instead of going around. but we still moved on lah... just that everyone's a bit tired. haha!
Then night was father side... it's just the 'children' playing... as in ppl of my generation... the uncles and aunts only looked and laughed and commented. haha. At least it's better than what as they deemed as the most horrible activity.. i.e. karaoke. Actually it's not the activity that is horrible.. it's just the ppl who wants to and likes to sing but can't sing well.. So might as well give our ears some rest for this year.. This includes the morning shift as well... =x But after quite a no. of ppl left... 2 uncles decided to give Wii tennis a try.. not bad attempt i would say.. Really bridges the gap of all ages. cool. :)
The best thing is.. after they left.. i was gian-ed of Wii... and i continued playing on my own... and i played till 2am. plus online a while... i actually slept around 3am. But i woke up at 10+ this morning leh.. still VERY tired. in fact i already feel like sleeping at 9pm. I can really tahan.. Will sleep after this post man.

Yea.. luckily i posted abt my first week of IBL already. if not there wun be anymore post on that. cos i dun think i have the time to do it anyway. haha. More IBL, more school, and more visiting!!

CNY visiting still.
Was reading thru this blog that has never been shown to anyone else except for a few ppl whom i think have long forgotten the existence of that blog... anyway the blog can't be found anywhere on search engines and whatever, and i haven't been updating since somewhere 2006 and i've changed the settings to 'only author can read'... and i'm the only author of the blog, so i'm the only person whom can read the entries.
Anyway.. the entries more or less covered my jc life... revolving this person that i think more or less influenced my decision of going to ny. it's quite a funny part of my life... cos nothing happened to us... or rather... we were staying in that school having a very awkward feeling towards each other. yet we had the most interaction time becos we were in the same cca. but i nv regretted going to ny lah.. cos there are still great friends to talk abt....
Just like ytd. met up with the clique for new year visiting... went to han's house for lunch.. gambled a bit... lost some money to han's mother... haix. (auntie 'cheated' our money) i think no one else won in her house. dotx! Then cabbed down to my house... Some continued to lose money and 1 person won the rest. ok.. yuhui and i recouped abit.. thou not enough to cover. Then to Von's house (for the first time.. so much abt best buddies yea). haha. recouped even more. still lost a bit.. i think a dollar or so... Quite long nv meet up with ALL of them liao lah... so made A LOT of noise. my sis says they really very noisy.. hahaha!
Yupx. Ppl can start volunteering their house for cny next year... i'll try to work out a nice timetable. lol! ok. just joking. but i'll be glad to visit all ur houses too.. provided u welcome me lah. heex!
Anyway.. the entries more or less covered my jc life... revolving this person that i think more or less influenced my decision of going to ny. it's quite a funny part of my life... cos nothing happened to us... or rather... we were staying in that school having a very awkward feeling towards each other. yet we had the most interaction time becos we were in the same cca. but i nv regretted going to ny lah.. cos there are still great friends to talk abt....
Just like ytd. met up with the clique for new year visiting... went to han's house for lunch.. gambled a bit... lost some money to han's mother... haix. (auntie 'cheated' our money) i think no one else won in her house. dotx! Then cabbed down to my house... Some continued to lose money and 1 person won the rest. ok.. yuhui and i recouped abit.. thou not enough to cover. Then to Von's house (for the first time.. so much abt best buddies yea). haha. recouped even more. still lost a bit.. i think a dollar or so... Quite long nv meet up with ALL of them liao lah... so made A LOT of noise. my sis says they really very noisy.. hahaha!
Yupx. Ppl can start volunteering their house for cny next year... i'll try to work out a nice timetable. lol! ok. just joking. but i'll be glad to visit all ur houses too.. provided u welcome me lah. heex!

CNY - 4 Days
Phew... finally have time to sit down and type something... It was really hectic to have CNY 4 days in a row... but come to think of it... when we dun get a long weekend... we will grumble... when we finally get a long weekend... we will also grumble. haha! It was really tiring lah!
Slept at 2am on the cny eve night.. and wake up 8am... started out our journey for the day... to san-jiu's house first, then to dua-gim's house... then back to my house.. then to sa-zim-bo's house, then to kor-po's house... and back to bedok.... doesn't sound a lot... but tiring... i think the most 'exciting' part was when we were leaving dua-gim's house for my house? All of us squeezed into san-yi's pick-up... like a total of 16 ppl?! Incredible lah... just that the vehicle really moved very slowly along the road... and the vehicle seems to be leaning back cos the back got more ppl. lol. But i always liked spending time with this grp of family... though there are always some ppl who should not be mentioned =x... there are very lovely ppl in the family also... and i really must say that i felt closer to this grp of ppl! :))) But i forgot to take pictures! hahaha. i'm really forgetful lately. =x
Then back to 138 for dinner... once again it's taking bus back alone from tiong bahru while the other 4 took cab back.... but i think this year isn't that bad cos there's new route... then at night at our house again... waited till abt 12am waiting for 2 families to come... but didn't come in the end... so waited until very tired.. and in the end still slept very late... dotx.
2nd day.. went 138 again for usual lunch with the BIG family. like really BIG. they counted. there were a abt 72 ppl in that 3 and half room flat... super jialat... cos really not enough space to let everyone sit down... so we had to stand around to just eat and watch tv. Used up abt half a day there... finally moved out of the house ard 2pm. Made 5 visits for the rest of the day... my father's cousin's house... then my father's uncle's house, then to my 6th uncle's house, then to 4th uncle's house... and lastly to my father's 3rd aunt's house... the very very big 3-storey house at east coast area... by the time we got home it was 11pm. i even watched the last epi of 东方之珠 at their house. haha.
3rd day i think was the most tiring day? Got of house at 8.30am... went to laoshi's house.. dropped at the wrong bus stop.. walked quite a distance be4 reaching... dotx. luckily we went early where the rest of the ppl not there yet... and so we have place to sit down.. talk to laoshi and his wife... and interact a bit with the children. first time seeing the 4 of them sitting tgt... lol.
Then moved on to circuit rd to my father's first aunt's house... her house very big also... and they so interesting... they have this family tree thing in the house... with all the pictures of the ppl in the family.. a good thing was... all her children were married with children... for this i think it's already a blessing for the family. :) And they are still expanding the family... and of cos.. updating the photos. i think the lim family should have one too! haha. Anyway these father's aunts are from his mother side... so they are the Pek (白) family. Cool right.
Then to kembangan to my mum's cousin's house... not really for visiting but the full month celebration for his son. then bian nian also lah... after lunch er-jie and i proceeded to boonlay (!!!) to jiahui's house for new year gathering with the nusco ppl... played a bit xbox... fav game. haha! i think play how many times also wun feel bored... just that hand will pain. haha! Then to Suyi's house for dinner... Steamboat lor! Be4 that... still got some time cos waiting for more ppl to come.. so played a bit mahjong... and watched them play Wii. really cool... After the dinner... sis got to rush off to airport to send her friend off to australia for study... so dropped me at aunt's house (my only aunt from father side) at kembangan (yes. again) haha. Stayed there till ard 11pm be4 we were sent back as well... dotx. really super tired by then... BUT!!! There's still the 4th day leh!
4th day... 10.30 like that leave home... to grandaunt's house... then to 8th uncle's house.. both at Pasir Ris... i think i haven't been to their houses for the past 2 years or something.. at least not last year... they started talking abt the past where my uncles all helped my grandmother to make all the new year goodies... sounds fun... and i believe those that they make will really be nice... After that went to 3rd uncle's house for lunch... they prepared the best food for cny... haha! Salmon, mashed potato, beef stew, fruit salad, and butter rice (although i dun like the raisins).
Finally it's really the long distance travel to 7th uncle house in Sembawang... they are really the only ppl who doesn't live in the east! but i like their house... so clean and empty.. i like their empty rooms! it's really a pity that they do not have children themselves. cos they are really a very nice couple... if they can give me one of their rooms... i will be more than happy lah! I think er-jie too.. haha!
Last stop... back to bendemeer to san-yi's house... treating us to restaurant... i think we were the last to reach... but be4 we left for dinner... played mahjong for a while... at first already playing on a lost from jiaqi's seat... but in the end only won the last round and at least won back my base. hee. Dinner at this famous fish head pot place at Rangoon Rd. Not bad lah... but was REALLY FULL... full until i also dunno how to say... bloated also lor... returned home and still feeling full till late at night.
Yups. so that's the very eventful weekend for cny. haha! Will update again soon.

CNY eve.
Finally it's new year's eve.. worked for the past 2 days.. all right lah.. not too bad.. saw the manager ytd... the marketing manager i.e. sales not very good lor.. expected lah.. somemore now no more repair on the spot... repair income also not very sounding lor...
But anyways.. the good news is i dun need to work on the 3rd day of cny already! cos my mother complained.. haha. so yea... good for me... Hee. Eh... very tired liao... update again later..
[edit] 11.50pm: Wow... finally finished cleaning the floor... i think i only clean the floor once a year... haha! Anyway... had reunion dinner with the family just now.... as usual steamboat... Had a hearty dinner. :) Watched some lame movie at my uncle's house before coming back... so by the time it was already like 10.10... slack for a while and started cleaning... i took the 3 rooms and the living room while er-jie cleaned the kitchen...
CNY will start very soon... like another 5 mins or so... YEAH! Ok.. i dunno what am i so excited about... but i like visiting with my family... or rather.. the big family... cos it's the time everyone come tgt... ok... i need to bathe...

CNY Part 2
ERm... almost a week nv blog le.. Heex. Been busy? I think so.. at least it was so during cny hols and the weekends... And of cos.. schooling lah... dun say i nv study!! Haha.
So.. still in the cny mood... shall blog abt some cny stuff lor.. Went to quite a few friends' place this year ba.. kim, chek, horng and huiyan... not forgeting laoshi's house also... and travelled to some very extreme places lah... haha! erm.. all in a day... like 3rd day... bedok to kallang (laoshi), then to Serangoon (kim), then to toa payoh (chek).. then to Sembawang!! (qi shu-7th uncle), then back to the east - Simei (horng).. I enjoyed the day thou it was really tiring at the end of the day... all the travelling.. esp. to and fro sembawang... journey is really looong... But good thing was... my luck for that day was quite good... first i got some won some cab fare during ban lat... and boarded a limo to sembawang.. haha.. and won some during mahjong too. heex.
After the first 3 days of cny... the next 3 were spent in school... not literally... got lessons lah.. but attendance was real bad... esp. for fri morning.. like real bad... cos i was sitting at 2nd row?! haha! i haven't been sitting in front since the starting of the sem.. But everything was all right lah.. more contact with classmates during breaks thou.. which is something to be happy abt. :)
Sat was fun too... thou the morning was kinda wasted.. cos didn't really do much at mco... only practised for a while lor... like 1+h... sianx... nusco prac was ok... Tea was rather dun... had yusheng~ And i shouted.. 'Huat ah'! Lol.. Anyway prac ended like super early... so we made our way down to san-yi's house...~ Oh... another yusheng... maybe that explains the winnings at mahjong later.. thou it wasn't a lot... but it's a sense of achievement~ :) Cos i kept winning when i zhuang (banker) and we played 4rounds in 3h!! super kua zhang lah... Haha! And only to win 5bucks in the end. lol.
Sun... another eventful day... uncle yeo's house was the best... should've stayed longer.. might have win more from ban lat.. dad provided me with 10$ based... won quite a sum when mum was banker cos we ban lat! And the rest of the winnings went to mummy when i left... and today i heard that daddy won like over 50$ by playing in-between.. how interesting! i nv knew they know to play that~ i mean i like only knew what it is last new year lah.. haha.!
So... this week i'm on a one-week mid term hols... Still got to do some project anyways... time is really rushing hard on us... for Technical theatre we are the first grp to present.. and other than the site recce... we haven't had anything else done yet... perhaps uni life is just like that... so have to pia lah... as well as for the business proposal too... i think we are way behind time also.. sighx... but i'm sure we will finish all be4 time or at least on time. :) So hopefully after so so many projects this sem.. there will not be any written exams so that we can have a longer break! :))
Oh btw... my house is open for visitors on wed (28/2)... from noon onwards... so express ur interest to come now... haha! ask me for more details ba. :)

CNY Part 1 (only)
Oh... that was supposed to be a new year post but i accidentally made it into something else.. =P Anyway... obviously it's new year now lah! haha! So it's all the visiting and stuff with the family again. Finally the family got tgt...
And i've noticed some traits... Firstly.. i dunno why but i clicked better with the maternal cousins... maybe cos of the age difference? as in more cousins were nearer to my age lah.. or maybe the language... we communicate more in chinese than in english.. which i'm able to articulate and express in better... at least we enjoyed even thou we travelled mostly in public transport for the whole day on the first day...
So it also means that i feel that i dun click well with the paternal side cousins... again.. i think it's the age... cos i'm one of the younger cousin... and most of them are like my sister's age? u see... we have 16 children in this generation including me.. the oldest is my eldest sis of cos who is already half past 30... and the youngest is like p6 this year... and i'm like the 12th from the top... wah! 2 of them were same same as my 2nd sis who is 5 years older... and another 3 has the same age of 3 years older than me too..~ That's like... totally off for me... cos when i'm in any particular phrase of my life... none of them has the same as me... so that leaves no topic to talk abt... erm.. am trying hard... and improving thou.. engaging in more conversations and for a longer period of time... So that's something i've accomplish this new year.. erm... at least a bit lah.. haha!
Then i noticed this thing abt my dad and his brothers and a sister... haha... they have this very similar way of speaking.. as in the pattern lah... and their reactions to certain topics... wow... Even they dun look alike at all... they were just so like brothers and sisters... haha! and my uncles are actually a very humourous lot...
Oh.. i'm so tired.. after the long day... another day to go... not with family for the whole day this time... ya.. get a life. =x Nitex.
