Just the saturday that passed... i heard a sad news when i woke up in the morning... that one of my mum's friends... got admitted into the hospital the night be4... It was a surprised.. or rather a shock to us... esp. they just saw him that morning! Everyone's been saying how active and happening this 80-year-old man was... and he looked like he was 70 the most! But the disfortune just struck so suddenly.. he was sent into the ICU due to the sudden burst of blood vessel(s)... and i heard he was in coma for more than a day... Although he became conscious... the doctor said that the most he could live was 3 more days... and mum was saying... even if he could live... one of his arms had to be chopped off cos there is no blood circulating to that arm anymore...
I prayed for him... pray that he wouldn't be taken away so fast... however.. today... dad came back from usual breakfast breaking the news to me that he had passed on this morning... all the memories that i had of him flowed through my head... reminiscence of his voice, his smile, the way he used to differentiate and recognise my 2 sisters and i... i guess everyone is sad to lose this cute and energetic old man... To think that they just celebrated his 80th birthday last year end... it's only a regret that i wasn't there..
很多人说生老病死是很正常的，可是真的发生的时候，还是会潜意识里不想接受事实。
