Yea... i'm back again.... after 2 days of full shifts... there wasn't much sales... but still quite tiring lah... anyway... where was i last entry..~?! Hmm.... think today... more about where we visited lah...
Firstly... the most impt place is of cos 泰山.. That is like one of the highlights of this trip.. and also a place that i wanted to see... indeed.. the sceneries are very nice... and we climbed all the way to the top.. thou it isn't the highest mountain... since 山东 is a rather flat piece of land... 泰山 has its stand... and it does look 雄伟! Then there's 孔子's hometown -- 曲阜... visited 孔庙，孔林 and 孔府... basically his house, the temple that ppl worship him... and the place where 孔子 and his decendents were buried and are going to be buried after they die... Also visited a few fountains... and there are a lot of stories behind these places and their signboard... quite a few words are actually written wrongly and there's always a valid reason why is it written like that... and they can even link 2 wrong signboards together... eh... whatever lah..
Some more memoriable places other than 泰山.. one is 风筝和年画制造厂... as the name implies... the place makes kites and 年画.. it's really not easy... and the tradition of nian hua is already fading away... lesser and lesser ppl know the skill of doing it... erm... dun understand what i'm talking about?~ too bad.. i also dunno how to explain.. Haha... Anyway... still went to this 张裕酒厂... it's a company that produces wine, brandy all those... the earliest wine company there... and the place is cool lah... we even went into their underground cellar to tour around... and also get to fill and cap our own bottle of brandy... for 25RMB... thou i didn't buy any.. but i helped 小沈 filled his... quite fun... ohoh... somemore things about 泰山... cos we had to take cable car up half of the mountain lah... so when we were going back... it was actually drizzling a bit... and man! They actually stopped the operation of the cable car cos they say got lightning and thunder!!! Siao lor.. And guess what we did.. everyone started singing loudly while our tourguide tried to work things out with the staff there.. trying every way to arrange for us to get down the mountain in the cable car... and finally... after all our 抗议 by our singing... they let us down by cable car... haha..
Then there's this garden filled with music stuff.... like Beethoven's sculpture... erm... and a whole piece of floor space filled with music staff with different melodies which i dunno where they extract from... and some pictures of instrus on the floor also... so cool lah... Oh... another cool place... when we were at 青岛... we went to this place at the beach... so many so many couples there taking their wedding photos!!! at least... 30 pairs... the only thing was... it was damn cold there lah... and the brides of cos.. were wearing some tube gowns or spag gowns... aren't they cold? 真是爱美不要命.. Haha... But that place is really beautiful...
Next... the most horrible thing during the trip... Sickness!!! Oh my god.. like so many of us fell sick during the trip lah.. first is Ah-tin-gor... the possibility is that she caught a cold at 泰山... then was 心姨... reason... also caught a cold? HAha.... so they got forced to see the doctor one night when there's a clinic in the hotel... then mummy actually wasn't feeling well one of the nights also... causing her to lose sleep and became so tired and sick the next day... 小沈 was also a bit sick after the seafood steamboat... might be cos he ate the not-so-cooked shell food... in the middle u keep hearing ppl say they are not feeling well here and there... plus ah-hwee jiejie plus 秀芝auntie plus uncle tan... think still got somemore like these minor ones... but the whole thing is serious until one day 5 ppl didn't touch dinner at all!! but worst of all was auntie annie... cos she has motion sickness... and when we took the ferry to one island... she didn't take the medicine for motion and sickness... after that actually still ok... but after going on a long bus trip to another town... she cannot take it liao.. and from then on she's been vommitting even thou she didn't eat anything... in the end still got to go hospital to drop salt water... and even stayed at the shanghai hospital for a night... so in the end they helped her to die die change her return ticket to the same day as us... still have to pay extra lah... but it's better than staying there to shou ku lor.. So she came back to sg with us...
Lastly... Things i bought.. Actually also nothing much lor.... 4 or 5 pieces of tops... a skirt... a pair of sports pants... a sling sports bag... a few keychains for myself and just enough keychains for my gang... and a few vcds which some of them turned out to be a utter disappointment... also an ipod earphone for 36 RMB... nothing much really.. cos at some of the towns got nothing much to shop also... should have bought a new windbreaker since the bottom string of mine broke... so my sis actually bought a new one since hers has a big hole at the pocket.. rmb?! HAha.. and i quite regret nv buy the bracelets... can give ppl mah... but who knows.. i might study in shanghai or beijing next time... ok.. that's the next story...
Erm... conclusion... the trip is still pleasant and enjoyable... going with these ppl are really joyful... they are ppl of average 50+ years old.. but still young at hearts... and becos they are ppl whom i know since young... it's always not difficult to communicate and play together.. =)
